I cannot rave enough about these guys. Not only did they do same day service but they did what I thought would be a two - three day job in just four hours. I had a massive cottonwood tree that my grandparents had let grow too close to the driveway, a few dead trees, a sick mimosa, and a fence that had poison ivy so thick it looked like trees. Called Lewis and he came by promptly, walked our yard, made keen observations of what needed to be done and found some issues we had not noticed but needed remedy. He described what would be done and provided a detailed estimate. In less than 24 hrs Lewis and his crew showed up to perform the work. He had a large capable courteous crew that worked efficiently through our many front, side and backyard trees. The limbed up, balanced, and opened up many tree canopies, completely removed three trees and ground the stumps, sealed cracked trunks, fertilized our trees and even wrapped some sensitive plants with burlap for the impending freezing weather (at no extra cost). They left all the sites completely clean and free of debris. There was work close to our home and they took utmost care of our property. Lewis was onsite the entire time, overseeing the work completely. In a very short time, our trees and yard have been transformed in a very positive manner. If I could give 10 stars I would. Lewis was not only quick to respond and start the work but was extremely nice to work with as well as understanding of the situation. He was also very flexible with working around my work schedule and didnt require for us to be home and stopped by later to collect payment after hours after I was home from work. Our Bradford Pear tree fell over due to the storms and while most tree service companies were 2 - 3 weeks out he was able to give the estimate and complete the job the same day for a very reasonable price. The great thing about Lewis is that he has a big crew so they could get the job done quickly. They even made sure to clean up everything even though it was a large job. Looked this business up and they really are 5 star. Arrived the next day with a team that did a fantastic job. The front and the back trees. Our trees are tall and they jumped up there quick. Shredded all the trimmings, didn't leave a mess in the front yard or back. We have a pool and the even tried to get branches out. No question....no complaining... Excellent. In addition to the large limb removal, I also decided to have two large oak trees cut down that were weak with hollow cores to avoid them falling down during severe weather. I paid to have two Crepe Myrtle trees cut down and the stumps ground to ensure they would not grow back. They came and cut the trees down, however their attempt to grind the stumps was a joke. In April I contacted "Luis" who asked me to forward photos (which I did) and could not get ahold of him after the photos had been sent. No response to voicemail or text message. I called once again almost two weeks ago and finally talked to Luis who sent his brother out to look at the tree that had grown back and was over 5' tall. I was promised I would be gotten back to later that day. A week has passed, I've called and left a voicemail multiple times and once again no response. So now I've had to pay my landscaper to dig, chop, saw, etc. for over 6 hours on each tree stump to remove them the proper way. They are quick to respond to a new job but after they come out once, it's a once and done deal. Make sure you only need them once and don't expect them to stand behind their work. We were given a bid of $275 by Hernandez Tree Experts to remove a palm tree. After expressing concern about the location of the tree to our pool, the bid was adjusted to $750, with the understanding that the palm tree would be taken down piece by piece to avoid damage to our pool and waterfall. When they actually removed the tree, they did NOT do it the way we had agreed to, and took it down in two large pieces. The owner seemed to think that since it worked out "fine", that there is no problem. I paid an extra $475 to insure the tree was taken down in a safe manner.
