After reading the other reviews of this business, I was hopeful to utilize this company and write a similar/ positive review. I called the business number on Wed, April 6th and was told to text my name/info and they would be out later that day or the following morning for a quote. No one came Wednesday and I texted at lunch time on Thursday to see if they were still able to come out. No answer. Three days later on Monday, April 11th - sent a text asking if they could give a quote. No answer. Today is April 16th (10 days later) and still have heard nothing back from this company after calling them and sending three follow-up text msgs (and yes, the texts were sent to the correct number). I have no issue if a company is short-staffed or if I would have received a response stating "sorry, I'm booked up. I'm 2 weeks out" or something like that but to just ignore a potential new customer doesn't settle right. I ended up using Champion Tree Service (214-724-8966) and was really impressed. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Robert. He and his crew were on point and delivered on everything that we discussed prior to going to work. There were so many things they did for such a reasonable price compared to the other estimates I had received. They removed an old large crepe myrtle (grinding the roots after), trimmed a huge tree in my front yard, removed a smaller tree next to my pool, dug out the roots to my old bushes (6), fed two trees and trimmed the remaining trees and bushes in the yard. They got there at 1:00 and his three man team finished by 4:30. It looked beautiful and they were meticulous about cleaning everything up. All the branches and debris were cleaned up. They even managed to keep most of it out of the pool!!!! Robert was diligent about making sure his men were doing everything he promised throughout the day.
