The delivery team damaged my property while installing the couch, displayed unprofessional behavior, and dropped the couch, thinking I didn't notice. Within a year and a half, the couch broke due to poor quality wood. Despite paying for premium insurance, it took over four months to process the claim. The store owner used derogatory language like "F boy" during phone calls, and they've been disrespectful to both customers and the insurance company they work with. Multiple parties, including the insurance company, are documenting these incidents, with legal action being considered. This furniture store, where I spent approximately $2300 on substandard items, is the worst I've encountered. The owners aggressively push certain furniture pieces, possibly those with defects they are trying to offload. I recommend avoiding this store unless you want to experience similar issues. I have evidence to support my claims, including recordings of conversations that I did inform them I was recording to for legal purposes. They just laughed at me and continued. That person doesn't even know that once I inform him it's being recorded it's legal to use in court. He thinks he above the law probably but we have legal that handles people like this if needed.
