Under no circumstances use this office. After failing to accommodate multiple emergency appointments over an extended period of time & the front desk acting like they couldn't care less about pain, etc. I went to another local office, come to find out my issues & pain were caused by a botched root canal done by Hernando Dental Group. I was already out thousands for that treatment, now I'm attempting to get it fixed correctly by someone else & going to be out even more money. read more

I called to change my appointment and the lady that answered the phone was very rude! I ended up having to keep my original appointment because they were not flexible with me at all! I might have to find another dentist if this behavior continues. read more

We have been coming here for about 3 years. We are always cared for by such sweet people and knowledgeable.

While it is true, this place is pretty busy, it is because they are a really good dental group. They have worked with our family on multiple occasions and are very helpful with referrals and aid getting additional help as needed. We love the hygienists and dentists. I no longer fear dental visits and even kind of enjoy the people there. read more

I gave them 1 star bc they are nice. Used to love going to the dentist until I came to this place. They are very rough. They told me I had cavities and said they would replace them. When they replaced them they chipped my tooth and had to redo it and now my tooth has chipped from that spot ab 3 times since then. I finally switched to a dentist in Southaven and they told me today that this place did my fillings wrong and that they will have to be redone again. read more

I have been here twice, once when a cap came off (they didn't do the work) and they fixed it and I've had no problems. 2nd time was for a cleaning... the dental hygienist very nice and Dr that took a look was just fine. I would recommend this dental office. The reason why they lost a star was the all Jesus music. Presumptuous and doesn't put me in a great mood to see a dentist. The front desk girls are rude and judge mental. They talk bad about their patients to each other and other offices in front of other customers. They will make up "policies" to get around helping patients they don't like. read more

I went into the dentist and they called me up for an earlier appointment. I went to the earlier appointment and went up to the window. No one started saying anything. The woman in the back said " I could have a seat" and then once I got seated. They asked me what's my name? I was in the back where the customers sit. I took them 20 minutes to get me back to the dentist.nthen insat back there forma other 5 to 10 minutes before they started. They used the dental tool but I'm also used to them using the high water pick tool. They did t use that at all. The water rinser thing didn't put out much water ,and she didn't seem to polish my teeth all the way around. I thought the service was pathetic. I felt like I was being rushed,and probably was. it's probably why my appointment was changed. Trying to fit someone else in. One of my lower teeth seem tight and the dentist was saying something about braces. I've never had braces. I will definitely not ever be back. I will be asking about a good dentist in Hernando. Maybe I will have to go to Southaven. Everything from when I came in to when she just told me to have a nice day , and left. If I could give them negative stars, I would. We have lived in several different states and have always been satisfied to happy with our medical/dental staff. Then I was unfortunate enough to choose the Hernando dental group. They were rude/hateful from the minute I walked into their office. The receptionist that set up my appointment weeks earlier told me to be there early to fill out paperwork, which I was. However, the receptionist at the appointment was rude to me because I didn't go online, print off the paperwork, and fill it out ahead of time, which I was never told I could do. They left a voicemail on my phone 2 days before the appointment that I needed some x-rays from my dentist in California. 1.) That was not enough notice. 2.) I needed a release of information form, which I didn't have. 3.) All other dentists I've been to have you fill out the release of information form at the first visit and then they send off for your records/x-rays. When I arrived at my appointment with HDG, they acted like I committed an awful crime by not having the x-rays. They proceeded to say that if I didn't call my dentist in California and get the x-rays there during that appointment time, they were going to charge us $65 per person(There were four of us.) to do the x-rays. I asked them to do the check-up without the panoramic x-rays, and they refused. They reluctantly did the other x-rays that my insurance would cover, but they were extremely rude about having to do so. They were rude/ridiculous/unprofessional from the beginning to the end. read more

I dread going to the dentist since I have terrible TMJ, but these guys are the best. They do the sedation dentistry thing, so there's no pain or problem at all with my joint. They're very upfront about all procedures and costs and they've been amazing with after hours problems I had with a crown. Great team, highly recommend them. read more

Beware! They charged us three times more than the price originally given to us for my husbands dental procedure. In no other business, is this acceptable. The billing woman gave us a price, but never called our insurance. How is that possible? After the procedure, we got a bill for three times as much. How is this acceptable? We were treated so rudely by the receptionist and April in billing. We were met with hostility and anger everytime we attempted to resolve it. At first, we were accused of changing insurance, but we had not. April even asked if we expected "free dental work ". Of course not...we expected to pay what we were told it would cost, and we did! She also asked, at one point, if I expected them to work until ten o'clock at night. I was only asking for an appt after 3:30 for my husband that had continuous pain for months after getting a filling there. After four visits with April, with no resolution or reasonable explanation, we went to the office to speak with the Dr Amy Wadsworth. We waited patiently even after we were told it would be over three hours before she would see us. Well, the police were called on us, and then we were told the dentist did not want to see us. Wow..thats a first for me! There are too many dentists in Hernando MS to put up with such incompetence and rudeness. read more

This place is a rip off. We were told one price and then after we started we were given a price twice as much. We had no choice but to continue the services since we had already invested over a $1000.00 I have been quoted by 2 other practices and was told I was over charged about $600 for the services. I would not recommend them I will drive to Memphis instead of listening to their insurance person the me...." I'll go tell my boss I am a terrible employee". Buyer beware. read more
