I spent a lot of money for braces, and I feel that the orthodontist should have been open minded and more concerned with my issues that the employees caused. It made me very upset to where I was crying in the car because of how much it felt like the orthodontist did not care. His attitude was very bad and he was unprofessional. Although the force of the first retainer did move my teeth to a better position, I am still highly dissatisfied with the overall attitude of this company. I've been in my Invisalign for 2 years now and have 3 months to go. I do wear my trays as I am…read moresupposed to. I've had one refinement (mid-course correction) during my treatment and I'm not very confident that my bite is on track for completion. This is very disheartening both aesthetically and financially. The thing that I really dislike about this practice is that you may not see the same orthodontist when you have an appointment. They rotate from office to office. Because I have been very concerned about my progress, this business practice does not work for me. I have requested to only see my original provider and make appointments to ensure this, yet on more than one occasion, I've arrived and been told he is at another location. I even changed my office once because he stopped coming to my original office. I started going to another office, but unfortunately when I showed up for my last appointment expecting to meet with him and discuss my progress, he was not there. I was told that he would not be coming back to that office but that I could go to another office if I want to see him (this office is over an hour away). It's frustrating because I explain my concerns to my original provider, then I have to go over it again with another one and honestly, they don't really show concern and just tell me that progress looks fine. I guess we will see what happens in the next few months. I will definitely update!

This office does a great job with kids, today was especially good for my eldest. He has Down…read moresyndrome and is very distrusting of medical professionals in general. His hygienist today was Miss Chastity and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. She was exceptionally gentle, calm, and patient with my son. She had a great demeanor with him and kept an even steady tone while explaining to him what she would be doing and showing him the different implements she would be using. When he made it clear he had had enough of a particular event (flossing for instance) she said "okay we are all done with that, now let's do something else". And if she could come back to it later she would and if not, well that is better than further traumatizing him and making him that much more fearful of medical professionals. Miss Chastity was excellent!! Everyone else was great too but Miss Chastity deserves special recognition for how she treated my son today.

Too much medical trauma in his life. He will not and I mean WILL NOT lie flat on his back for any medical professional. He has been held down too many times in his life. Well, he walked back with Miss Chastity, got right on the table, and got right onto his back for her. Um, what?! Then she was AMAZING with him, earning his trust, going slow and gentle, talking TO HIM rather than at him or sternly commanding him or talking to us parents as if he weren't there. That's the usual. But not Miss Chastity. She spoke to him kindly, softly, descriptively, treating him like a human and one with thoughts and feelings (which of course he is!) She took her time and made sure he felt safe, listened to, and respected. And he ended up receiving the most thorough dental cleaning he's had in his life. He allowed her to floss his teeth!!!! A first!!!! (I will also add that all of this follows a not-great visit for him last time with a hygienist who was much less patient). All in all, this place is really good with kids. But I'll be honest, this 5-star review is all about Chastity. I hope we have her again in future visits!! And Chastity, if you ever read this - thank you. You have no idea how happy you made two parents who go into these appointments with dread knowing how traumatizing they are for our son.

The person that cleaned my teeth I found out through conversation that she learned her trait there, not in school . She did a good job but the person who took my impressions . Said she learned how to do everything there at the office with no schooling . Point being The Impressions were terrible ended up taking the last one myself . And unhappy with my partial . I had to take it I was moving to Oregon . I should have had them carved out of wood . My suggestion is find who knows what they're doing . I have to flood this partial with so much denture cream . Terrible. For this to be a dentist that caters to children, they are atrocious at it. My daughter…read morerecently went for a cleaning and got her bottom retainer ripper out of her mouth. When complaining about it, multiple hygienists tried to gaslight us into thinking it was our faults. When just yesterday, I took her to the Ortho to tighten both retainers. She now has to wait 4 days, since both are off weekends, to get it fixed, again. Yes, this is not the first time this specific dentists has messed up her retainer and not taken accountability. We will not be coming back and discourage others too as well, especially for those with braces or retainers. 0/10
