I also like that I don't make an appointment which may not end up being a good time for me with all my comorbidities. I just come anytime when they're open. I have never waited long but I tend to go closer to the evening. They take their last patient back at 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 4:00 p.m. Saturday/ Sunday. I highly recommend them. The three practitioners seem to get along well with each other and are very pleasant to be seen by. I'm happy to see any one of the three. Whenever I've had to have meds refilled that required a re-newed prescription. They get on top of it within that day... I've never had to call another time to re-ask. Even the intake assistants an office techs are very nice and thorough. Grateful they are so close to me!

She sent me to have imaging done the very next morning and, actually while I'm typing this out, she just called to give me some results. I now have medication ready for me at a local Walgreens. The Direct Primary Care model has allowed me to reach out to her directly and receive responsive, compassionate care. She is kind and gentle with my kids and very warm and informative with my care.
