Common courtesy would suhmggest let me finish taking what I am getting and go to another area to remove things.

This one, however, is changing that stereotype. First off, everything is immaculately clean and well maintained. The lobby area has gorgeous furniture (my mom even looked it up because she fell in love with some chairs-but learned that they were far too rich for her budget!) The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast area was as clean as I keep my kitchen at home (which is saying something.) What really made this stay stick out was the service. I requested an early check in due to some scheduling things and we were able to get that-no problem. Then, my son's glasses broke and we ran into Steven, a maintenance employee, who cheerfully offered electrical tape and the use of his scissors for us to makeshift fix them. I don't find myself in Twin Falls often, but if I come through again, I'll be happy to stay here in the future.

I found a great website and we learned the history of Persian coffee and how it differs from Arabic coffee. All of this while sitting in what otherwise looks like a traditional small-town Idaho bar - with Kenny Roger's playing in the background as we walked in. We almost turned around and are glad we didn't. Instead of a quick coffee, we slowed down, savored the unique flavors and learned that early coffee houses called qahveh khaneha arose in what is now Iran - where folks gathered to discuss philosophy, politics and maybe play a game of chess. Unexpectedly cool experience on a dreary winter day.

The museum guide was wonderful, she came out to the new building to check on us (it was a very hot day) and explained how the steam powered tractor operated. My husband was fascinated. Really great historical objects that have been lovingly preserved. I love visiting museums and this one is a jewel. I highly recommend visiting.
