When we questioned his pricing, we were told that was the going rate and most of the cost was for food preparation. GET AN ESTIMATE BEFORE DECIDING TO USE HIM!!! I just did a 3 day trip with 16 people and we did amazing catered dinners each night for just over $1500 per dinner. I don't know if they're just against seasoning or scared of it, but it was THE most bland, tasteless tacos I've ever had. I'm not joking when I say there was ZERO seasoning on the chicken or the beef. Pico or whatever comes on it, also tastes like it's fresh out of a jar. No flavor either. Chips?
