Travel can sometimes cause tempers to flare or stress to rise, but 206 Tours handles everything with patience and grace should you get a bump in your flight or something major. They make sure pilgrims are safe, fed well, and traveling comfortably, no matter the destination. It's a truly uplifting experience every time. I highly recommend paying for their flight arrangements. I was in a foreign airport and had to get a ticket in less than a minute, and they did it!!! It paid for itself at that moment. I had zero stress after they took care of it. My flight was changed due to a storm. I'm glad I didn't have to make new flight plans, and they handled it for me in a flash!

I hesitated to ask questions because their manner wasn't very welcoming -- it almost felt like I wasn't really treated as a customer. The trip itself was action-packed -- as expected, there was a lot of walking. Since this was my first pilgrimage, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. While it was enriching to visit so many sacred sites, I didn't feel I had enough quiet moments to truly pray or reflect. I don't place that entirely on 206 Tours; October was close to the end of the Jubilee year, so there was a big influx of pilgrims from different countries. With that many people, it's understandable that things felt a bit rushed. We also changed tour guides three times, which may have led to some miscommunication and a lack of consistency throughout the trip. It would've been nice to have one steady guide to provide continuity and spiritual leadership. We stayed in four different hotels. The first one was fabulous, but the quality went downhill after that. At the second hotel, I was placed in an accessible room with a bathroom that was uncomfortably high, and since I shared a room, we were only given one key, which was inconvenient. The third hotel was extremely small -- really cramped -- though the fourth one was much better. Overall, I'm grateful for the experience and the opportunity to visit so many sacred places. I just think 206 could improve on personal connection, communication, and hotel consistency to help pilgrims feel more cared for and comfortable throughout the journey. But I think what affected me most was the customer service experience at the beginning. It set the tone, and I wish it had felt a bit more welcoming.

My friends and I booked the pink limo for a Nashville bachelorette, and what should have been a fun, easy experience turned into a complete headache. Trey, the owner, was nice at first--but that changed the second we had issues. He became flaky, unresponsive, and full of excuses. First red flag: they only accept payment through Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. That should have told us everything--you have little to no protection if something goes wrong. We were promised amenities like glasses, water, ice, karaoke, and Bluetooth. When we got there, multiple items were missing and the limo itself felt run down. There was no AC, which made it miserable with 11 people inside. The Bluetooth didn't work because the driver didn't have the PIN, so we literally had to turn around and get our own speaker. No glasses, no karaoke--just a lot of things that were advertised but not delivered. Trey added an extra bottle of champagne and a bachelorette sign, but that doesn't make up for the basics not being there--especially AC. The only positive was our driver, Bennie, who was kind and did his best with what he had. After the trip, I reached out to Trey for a partial refund. That's when the real frustration started. He kept telling me "give me 48 hours" or "text me tomorrow," and this went on for over a week. Every day it was a new excuse--he was busy, had a music video shoot, was dealing with family issues, even said his son was attacked. I tried to be understanding, but at some point it's just unprofessional. He eventually offered a $75 credit--which is useless when you don't live in Nashville. I asked for a refund instead and got completely ignored and strung along again. We never received any money back. The bottom line is that a few add-ons don't make up for false advertising, broken amenities, and no AC. Anthony & Denise provided us with our perfect, dream honeymoon in Italy…read more My wife and I got married in March of 2022 but began thinking about our honeymoon destination over a year prior - and it had to be Italy. However, with the planning of a wedding and the uncertainty brought on by Covid, it didn't look good. In stepped these incredible planners. To begin, Anthony & Denise spent time with us learning what our dream honeymoon was. We told them what we envisioned our perfect trip to look like, and they ran with that vague vision and added to it their deep understanding of Italian locales. And they NAILED it. They learned that we valued food, wine, and history in our trip - along with great views. We started with 3 days in Rome seeing as many sites as we could and eating at an incredible restaurant each night (Anthony will not steer you to the wrong restaurant - EVER). One of our first planned tours was with a local that took us on a food tour of Trionfale, and we ended our time in Rome with a guided tour of the Vatican. Both are a must for a first trip to Rome. We then travelled to Tuscany, where they had the most incredible view in Cortona waiting for us. We enjoyed a must experience 6+ hour cooking class, wine tour, and more incredible restaurants. I could go on and on about how great all of this was but it'd be a book. The main thing is that every guide, host, or chef that Anthony & Denise sent us to were the kindest, most knowledgeable, and welcoming people we could've possibly hoped for. We ended our trip in Florence. It's a vibrant city with plenty of history, but that doesn't stop it from feeling very modern & fun. Our apartment had a courtyard with an incredible view of the Duomo at night. There's no way I did the experience justice in these paragraphs - you have to see it for yourself. And the best way to do it is with Italy with Bella. They have a deep love for Italy and travel, and it shows in their trips. They've tried the places that they send people to. The owners/operators of many of the restaurants and tours are friends with Anthony & Denise. All we had to do was give them a vague idea of what we wanted out of our honeymoon and they delivered WAY beyond our expectations.
