My friends and I booked the pink limo for a Nashville bachelorette, and what should have been a fun, easy experience turned into a complete headache. Trey, the owner, was nice at first--but that changed the second we had issues. He became flaky, unresponsive, and full of excuses. First red flag: they only accept payment through Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. That should have told us everything--you have little to no protection if something goes wrong. We were promised amenities like glasses, water, ice, karaoke, and Bluetooth. When we got there, multiple items were missing and the limo itself felt run down. There was no AC, which made it miserable with 11 people inside. The Bluetooth didn't work because the driver didn't have the PIN, so we literally had to turn around and get our own speaker. No glasses, no karaoke--just a lot of things that were advertised but not delivered. Trey added an extra bottle of champagne and a bachelorette sign, but that doesn't make up for the basics not being there--especially AC. The only positive was our driver, Bennie, who was kind and did his best with what he had. After the trip, I reached out to Trey for a partial refund. That's when the real frustration started. He kept telling me "give me 48 hours" or "text me tomorrow," and this went on for over a week. Every day it was a new excuse--he was busy, had a music video shoot, was dealing with family issues, even said his son was attacked. We booked the pink limo for my daughter's 8th birthday. As it was pulling up, we immediately noticed it wasn't the car on the website. It was old, run-down, falling apart. The driver backed into my circle drive (for some reason) as all the little girls watched with excitement, and crashed right into my husband's car. The limo now has quite the dent. Then the driver started demanding cash in front of all the little girls. We gave her half of what she asked because we were already in a bizarre situation and needed to get to my daughter's party. We climbed into the old, dingy car (again, NOT the car from the website), and realized there was no a/c, no bluetooth, no refreshments, no red carpet treatment, no LED lights and no karaoke - all of which was advertised and promised. It was the most lifeless limo ride I've ever taken. My husband followed us in his car and called Trey who was hostile and defensive but agreed to Venmo the cash back once my husband told him we had it all on video. We are waiting in the deposit remainder and realize we'll likely have to take further action before we see it. I booked their pink limo for my daughter's 11th birthday. I was extremely disgusted and disappointed by the condition of the vehicle. The smell was so bad we had to ride with the windows open. The 11-year-old girls noticed the poor condition of the vehicle which was incredibly embarrassing. The interior had several stains and chips, the glasses were so sticky from being unwashed we could not use them. This place is terrible. Don't use them. I got that pink stretch limo for my daughter's sweet sixteen. It looked nice on the website, but it was filthy. The worst part was that the A/C didn't work and it was a pretty warm evening. The girls were all dripping sweat. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Allstars Limousine and Trey (the owner) kept our money. The pink limousine that we reserved all of a sudden wasn't operable the day of the pick up so he offered a hummer. The hummer arrived and it was filthy on the inside and outside, check engine light on, no working a/c, smelled of fuel and had an extremely large crack in the front windshield. The condition of the limo was so bad we told them not to pick us up after dinner. Original plan was to cruise around after dinner and see the city so of course we reserved the limo for four hours. They are dishonest and will steal your money while not providing the service they promise. I contracted with Allstars Limousine, LLC for limousine service on the evening of July 8, 2023, in a white stretch Hummer for 10 people. The agreed to price was $1200 for seven hours in the stretch Hummer...a $171.42 per hour rate. (They advertise on their website a $125-$150 an hour rate...another lie). The driver showed up 20 minutes late in a 14 passenger TRANSPORT VAN that had no air conditioning, no operable tv, no operable karaoke machine, all of which were promised in the contract. After arriving 15 minutes late for our dinner reservations, I pressured the owner, Trey, to provide the agreed to stretch Hummer upon completion of our dinner. Upon completion of our dinner we had to wait for 45 minutes for our driver to pick us up in the contracted, agreed to Hummer. That vehicle too had very poor air conditioning, a broken tv, and a broken karaoke machine. We returned home, in the hot and stuffy Hummer, within our seven hour limit. I was subsequently over-charged via my credit card $1583 for the evening. This was an outright fraudulent charge. Furthermore, no refund or reduced rate credit was applied for NOT having the contracted Hummer pick us up during the first four of seven hours. The 14 person passenger transport van cost less than $100 per hour to operate. Allstars Limousine, LLC, purposefully and fraudulently overcharge my credit card by at least $530. So after trying to contact Trey and get a refund for the overcharge and breach of contract (no hummer the first four hours) he said he was too busy to talk me bc he was on his way to visit his "Mom" who was in the hospital in Asheville, NC. We booked our reservation on 04/01/2022. The reservation was for 07/06/2022. We were confirmed via text by Trey, that a Cadillac Escalade stretch for that date at 12pm was booked. Granted our flight was early so we knew we would have to wait a little bit (even though we did supply our flight info to the owner) , BUT the driver didn't even show up until 12:21pm, he told us he was running late and had to stop and get ice. We were shocked to see an older model hummer that clearly has body damage pull up. There were electrical wires hanging from the bottom that dragged on the street and the molding iron work for the steps appeared to be added by a handy man who didn't know what they were doing. The driver got out of the vehicle and was shocked that we had luggage! What did they expect we flew to Nashville with no clothes? He asked us if we wanted the red carpet roll out we paid for (but the carpet wasn't actually red) we declined. We told him we were hot and just wanted to get into the vehicle. Upon getting in, the smell was very musty as if the vehicle has had water damage and has been sitting for a while. He instructed us on how to load our luggage but didn't actually help us. As we sat in the limo we looked around and it was filthy there was a crusty substance on the plastic areas the seats were dirty and ripped and there were strange kitchen rugs being used for the carpet. We were told there were water bottles on ice for us and champagne. The water bottles had clearly been opened and drank out of. He was originally going to give us a tour since we paid for an hour and the hotel was only a 15 minute drive from the airport. We instructed the driver to just take us to the hotel which he did. As we drove we could see the dust bunnies hanging from the air vents, the missing covers to the speakers and the remaining sad shape of this limousine. We got to the hotel and he left. Later that evening Trey the owner text us to say we had gone over the one hour and we would have to pay extra. We informed him that we were only in the Limousine for 15 minutes and his driver was late. He apologized and said he had us confused with someone else. We posted the reviews on google as we feel like people should know that you may possibly get this really bad limousine. The owner then proceeded to text with us about removing the review and he would pay us $50. We declined as it was more important for us to inform customers of what vehicles they actually have in their fleet. He informed us that our limousine had an accident and wasn't available, if you read the other reviews this excuse has been used on them too. I would not recommend at all. We rented the black hummer stretch limo "Vegas edition." So many things wrong. We could smell the exhaust on the inside of the car, however, we couldn't roll the windows down bc the buttons were missing. It was a warmish day for November but the air wasn't working, not even the fan to circulate air. I was told that the unit is a complicated system in a limo and it would take 6 hours to "switch it over from heat to the air conditioner." Not sure if that's true or not but doesn't seem correct to me. The seats were torn, the bluetooth system was taped onto the ceiling with black duct tape and only one speaker was working in the whole car. We found an empty can of Sprite and also a half empty water bottle in the ice bin from a previous use apparently. For the amount we paid to rent the car, it should have been spotless. We didn't even stay in the car for the full three hours we paid for due to the smell and the temperature. I tried messaging with the company about the issues we had and all they offered was two free hours IF we paid for an additional two hours. She didn't ask for anything but to have a limo take her and her friends to dinner. I originally booked the hot pink limo. We get into the black Hummer that has not been cleaned, smells musty, the karaoke doesn't work, the slot machine doesn't work, and that's just the beginning. We drive back to downtown Nashville where the limo actually stalls out. This was supposed to be a romantic, stress free night...it certainly wasn't. I don't recommend wasting your money with this company. I did get $100 off our rate, but that certainly did not make up for all the problems. We rented the Mercedes Sprinter van for a small wedding and a holiday lights tour. It was underwhelming. The good: the owner was great over the phone during the initial booking process, the price was reasonable, our driver was on time, and he knew some great spots to view holiday lights. The bad: we were promised a phone call from the driver the day before to review the itinerary, but that didn't happen. The van arrived dirty. There were fingerprints all over the windows, there was leftover confetti in the van, the seats had stains all over them, and one of the champagne glasses was clearly not cleaned. It was unseasonably cold outside, and the cabin was freezing. Only 1 of the 4 heat vents worked. We were promised cider and candy canes, but there were none. We were unable to connect with the radio via Bluetooth or USB. The DVR didn't work. The driver wasn't able to assist with any of this. The worst part was the exhaust fumes that filled the cabin and caused sore throats and burning eyes. We had 2 older folks with us, and the driver never offered to open the door or assist with entry/exit. My opinion, if you're looking for a party bus with a driver to shuttle you between bars, this might be a good option, but an expensive one. If you're looking for elegant transportation with a chauffeur to transport you to a nice function, I'd look elsewhere. read more

Great experience from start to finish! I booked the limo with Trey and he was incredibly helpful and made things so easy for me. He gave suggestions of multiple places to check out around Nashville. He also let me know I can contact him with any questions regarding the limo or anything about Nashville. We were assigned Chauffeur Jr as our driver and he was awesome! He was a wonderful driver and literally helped us with anything we needed. He also put up with a bunch of girls singing very loud karaoke! I highly recommend choosing this company!! read more

This limo service was very disappointing. There was a definite communication problem between the driver and the boss, Trey. We were never told the tour would have to end early until the driver picked us up and informed us. The inside of limo had a nasty feeling, smelled like stale smoke,was horribly uncomfortable, had stale candy, had ice an ice chest and basket of hats in the way so no room for legs and after an hour driving only saw 1 Christmas decorated house. By this time we were happy to end it early because our group of 8 were so uncomfortable sitting in that limo. The total cost for 3 hours was $380 including tip. The owner / boss Trey did take $60 off the total cost, however it was in no way worth the money. read more
