I have worked in veterinary offices previously and never knew this to be any type of policy at vet facilities in: FL, SC or NC. Normally offices are just thankful you are providing care for your animals. It seemed to be more about the receptionist that helped me than anything. I explained I lived 16 miles away. I could understand her saying "our policy is..." Next time please plan ahead". She was rude and I am sad to say I was rude back. All she had to do was pull up the med, print out the label and charge me for it. She has done it before so I don't understand why this visit was different. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. The vet there is awesome. Sad the front person isn't a reflection of that.

Previous to that,…read morewe used a vet whose people skills and bedside manner were horrible, so discovering Magnolia and the team of caring professionals there was such a relief. All of the doctors seem very knowledgeable and each one takes all the time you need to understand what is happening with your pet. Euthanasia is a hard thing to endure, but these folks are compassionate and accommodating, giving you all the time you need with your pet before and after the procedure. Magnolia is open 24 hours a day, so they are available in the event of an emergency. All in all, I recommend Magnolia for many reasons. I feel fortunate to have found them.
