Later, when we went to get ice cream, Emily was just as friendly and helpful as Grace. Unfortunately, our ice cream was already melting and dripping down the cones when we received it. A kind employee offered to have them remade, and we gladly accepted. However, the replacement order was made incorrectly, and at that point we decided to simply eat what we were given. While both Grace and Emily provided outstanding customer service, the issues with the ice cream unfortunately put a damper on the end of our visit. As visitors from Oregon, we were excited to compare the experience to the Tillamook Cheese Factory. The visit started off wonderfully thanks to your staff, but the ending left us disappointed. Overall, we enjoyed our time, but in our opinion, Tillamook still holds the edge.

They have all the stuff, all the tables and chairs, the kids games, a brand new patio outside. It's the same ambience. The workers are the same. They have no control over the prices. I don't know if I'm gonna be coming here this year again. There are other options that cost a lot less and have at least the same selection and atmosphere. It's a shame too.
