If you don't see an anatomy you want, you can request them to do a new design for you - it takes 4-6 weeks to create the new design and the mold, and they do remain the property of the company, but your requested design can be also offered to the public for future purchases. Individual pieces come wrapped in a small plastic bag and secured with a label on the back; the chocolates are about one oz of solid chocolate (milk). Smooth, delicious, and the perfect way to bookend a great breakfast. And then there was the Benedict. I substituted the English muffin for a biscuit, added smoked salmon, and asked for extra hollandaise. Life changing.
