I'm still keeping my 5 star review…read more We used to come here as a kid. My mom got us the family card member in Christmas of 2019, but we all know what happened in 2020. We rented out the cabin with a loft. It was doable. Obviously, we are camping, so don't expect a pristine cabin. But it was fairly clean. I would only suggest that they include a vacuum cleaner so we can vacuum the upstairs loft one more time. They say not to put the A.C below 72. We went in a very muggy, hot time in PA. So we kept the windows closed to keep temperature down. Wifi is not included. You have to pay for it. Service with tmobile is spotty. T.v also only has local channels. Perhaps bring your firestick. Hey look, at the end of the day, we were either at Hershey Park, or at the pool at the campground, so it didn't really matter. Don't forget to bring fishing pole too. Lots of big fish in the lake there The cabin came with firepit, which also served as a grill. I suggest taking a ride to lancaster market, or visiting any of the produce/meat farms with a sign and using that grill. Corn and vegetables and meat were phenomenal. You are in farmers country. For breakfast? Easy. Check out a local breakfast place called the filling Station. My review sticks on that place from two years ago. To the owners, a few things that stuck out for us that may make the experience better for others: 1) a little more activities for the kid. I know.COVID really.screwed things up, but you did a slip and slide last time and it was great. Maybe have a pool game for the kids too. 2) restrooms seem to need updating. Light is dim. 3) maybe have a campground BBQ on weekends. 4) maybe not enough rentals, but bike rentals could be great. Can't wait to go back.

Love this park. Close to many places and the sites are spacious…read more With that said, it is first come first serve and hard to maneuver when searching for a spot. Also the entrance off the main highway is not very well marked.

One ticket that gets you into all three parks is $84.95 if you buy it by walking up to the gate. there are discounts for seniors/juniors/military/veterans, , or if you buy your tickets in advance online. You also get to come in for free the last two hours before closing the day before your ticket, , to give you a preview. Also, In town, is a Hershey Museum, that goes into the history of Milton Hershey in more detail. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to see it. At the center of it all, is Hershey's chocolate world. (separate review.) that has a lot of different activities, as well as lots of shopping. All except for one of the activities costs, so I decided to just do the trolley tour. The price of the trolley tour is reasonable. It's the same price for all ages, but they do offer military/veteran discounts. The trolley tour was lots of fun. It takes you throughout the town of Hershey, they tell you about the story of Milton Hershey, and you get to see different spots that are part of the Milton Hershey Legacy. It takes you past the Hershey mansion, which he built in 1906, for only roughly $50,000, not including landscaping or furnishings. Imagine that in today's money... It's a pretty little town, and there is just so much to see. The narration can get a little "hokey", but I'm not complaining, as it's "hokey" in a fun way. Plus, there's free chocolate! Mr. Hershey was a philanthropist, who believed in giving back to his community. He founded the Milton Hershey school, which continues to this day. It's for children 4 through 15, from low income families, and it is all free of charge. This is a short biography of Mr. Hershey, as well as more information about the school. https://www.mhskids.org/about/history/milton-s-hershey/ The tour is a lot of fun, and you will definitely learn a bit. It's well worth it.

Our guide was so insightful and so funny - we spent a lot of time laughing, learning, and enjoying our 90 minute tour of Hershey, PA. There were plenty of candy surprises along the way, from kisses to Reese's cups to caramels, and the time flew by as we experienced all Hershey had to offer. Cannot recommend this tour enough - it really was so well developed and so well done, and while it's a bit pricey, it's worth every penny to gain a newfound appreciation for all of Milton Hershey's work and legacy.

At the lounge there is always something to do/eat/drink/chocolate. Lots of seating in and around the bldg. big tvs to watch and soft music playing. For breakfast it was continental (bagels, toast, muffins, juice, croissants). Free. All we really eat for breakfast anyway. then all day there are bags of chips pretzels tea/coffee/hot chocolate/soft drinks dispenser (sodas/lemonade/iced tea/gatorade). At 11a they roll out snacks, big cookies, etc. at 5p there's a reception with prosciutto, olives, Brie, salami, crackers, wine, beer, etc. then dessert like mini cakes at 7:30p. All part of the room fee. We requested a microwave in our room for my daughter's allergies. They forgot, but there's a microwave to use in the lounge. Yay! Oh and there's board games in the lounge too. There are utensils and plates avail all day for use. Didn't see fire pit lit up for s'mores. Maybe that's during the summer. Hubby got to use the hotel shuttle to take him to the ice hockey game and back. Driver knew when game was over so they were waiting for him before we even had to call. Free admission to Hershey museum and garden. Ok teeny tiny nitnoid grumbles. Our pillows were only down pillows so during the night, they compressed. No other options in room. Hotel comforters were great, but very noisy due to high thread count or too much starch.

Hotel was pretty, the bed was only comfortable in the middle. Enjoyed my stay otherwise.read more

The rooms felt dated - particularly the bathroom, where the wallpaper was peeling and the bathtub showed its age. The overall décor could benefit from a refresh. Small touches would also make a difference; for example, swapping the chocolate bar welcome for liquid body wash instead of bar soap would feel more practical and modern. I stayed for a conference, and while the buffet food was decent, the desserts were the standout - especially the brownies, cookies, and flourless chocolate cake. Those were definitely a win. The waterpark was a lot of fun for the kids and a big highlight of the stay. That said, it would be great if both the waterpark and on-site restaurants had extended hours, especially on weekends, to better accommodate families. A few logistical frustrations stood out as well. The check-in line was extremely long, so be prepared to wait - it would be a huge improvement if they offered a virtual check-in option. Additionally, room service does not come during multi-day stays, which was disappointing. A simple refresh between days would go a long way in improving the guest experience. Overall, it's a pleasant place with family-friendly features, but it didn't quite live up to other resort experiences I've had. If your main focus is a waterpark getaway, you may want to consider Great Wolf Lodge as a comparison.

I had made numerous calls to them seeking details and info on particular models i had an interest in. Each call and each conversation were handled in the highest professional manner possible. My wife and i did not proceed with a purchase at that time. Fast forward to late fall of 2025 and we resumed our rv purchase plans. we looked at numerous dealerships closer to our home residence in bucks county. we chose to support RV ValuMart based on not only my 2020-21 encounters but also the low pressure sales and treatment extended to us. Tony Neese was our salesman and we have referred numerous friends and family to him. The entire staff from sales thru the paperwork shuffle to delivery was all 5*** plus. Thru the first 12 month warranty period, the camper was used for 7 excursions. We had several warranty related minor issues. All were resolved quickly and timely. The service dept communication and their systems were outstanding with email, cell text and cell call on each transaction. our messages and calls were all responded to immediately . All work was scheduled timely and completed when promised. On two occasions, the service team repaired issues that i hadnt reported but the tech noticed while doing other scheduled work. One item was a leaking propane connection on the furnace and the other was some window sealant not properly done during the build. i read a lot of the negative feedback from 2-5 years ago. i dont know what changed from an operational standpoint within the company. But based on our results and also of 2 friends/family customers with the same results, they have certainly resolved their operational issues and are well deserving of anyone's business. thank yo mike k levittown,pa

The finance manager was useless, explained our situation with having a trip that was pre planned and was told well we can do closing on Saturday when we would have been already camping as they were told. We also disclosed the payment amount we were aiming for and they did not try to help us stay close to this amount at all. They told us they weren't able to send our info to the bank the week we submitted it because they had 7 other deals that day and didn't have time to send ours. Also told us that due to our outstanding credit that we would have multiple banks come back with offers, but only one responded. Lastly, after we signed they told use that other banks would have come back if would have put more money down. This dealership has a major lack of "customer service" I would recommend going elsewhere!
