I am leaving my review based on an MPG2800QB travel trailer purchased 12/25.( we were experienced TT owners and the 2025 would be our third owned camper since 2003) I chose RV Value Mart based solely on some excellent phone conversations i had with their dealership back in the covid era lockdown fiasco. I had made numerous calls to them seeking details and info on particular models i had an interest in. Each call and each conversation were handled in the highest professional manner possible. My wife and i did not proceed with a purchase at that time. Fast forward to late fall of 2025 and we resumed our rv purchase plans. we looked at numerous dealerships closer to our home residence in bucks county. we chose to support RV ValuMart based on not only my 2020-21 encounters but also the low pressure sales and treatment extended to us. Tony Neese was our salesman and we have referred numerous friends and family to him. The entire staff from sales thru the paperwork shuffle to delivery was all 5*** plus. Thru the first 12 month warranty period, the camper was used for 7 excursions. We had several warranty related minor issues. All were resolved quickly and timely. The service dept communication and their systems were outstanding with email, cell text and cell call on each transaction. our messages and calls were all responded to immediately . All work was scheduled timely and completed when promised. On two occasions, the service team repaired issues that i hadnt reported but the tech noticed while doing other scheduled work. One item was a leaking propane connection on the furnace and the other was some window sealant not properly done during the build. i read a lot of the negative feedback from 2-5 years ago. i dont know what changed from an operational standpoint within the company. But based on our results and also of 2 friends/family customers with the same results, they have certainly resolved their operational issues and are well deserving of anyone's business. thank yo mike k levittown,pa read more

I recently purchased a used camper trailer from these folks. The sales team was pleasant to work with. That was the good and now the bad. I bought the camper as is and was aware of the water damage and some other minor things that needed repairs. Upon getting the camper home I noticed the black holding tank was full of sewage. We reached out to Rv Value mart and haven't gotten a response. I purchased a tool to help flush it out and after a few hours it is functional now. I don't want to make a huge deal out of this but it's not a good business practice to sell someone a full sewer tank. Buyers beware! If you're buying a new product you would not have to worry about something like this. read more

First time out dry camping and lights were flickering fridge keep nothing cold was a total disaster. We upgraded batteries to lithium still with full charge flickering lights, useless fridge, took it to them they had it 2 months said it was a loose connection and the fault for the hot water heater was nothing?? At a cost of Almost 400 dollars and just took it out of storage and the problem still exists, spoke with them today and the best they they could do is mid June WTF. for a problem they never addressed read more

My wife and I have been interested in a camper for some time before we decided to pull the trigger on getting one. We did a lot of research over the years and couldnt find one that offered everything we were looking for within our budget. We drove to the willow st location and met with Justin. He has the best people skills I have ever met for a sale person. I felt like I've known him forever. We went there to look at 2 and he was very honest with us. From soft floor spots, to roof leaks, bad motors on the slide outs. He then goes "you guys should look at this one. It's a year older but $1000 cheaper and in better condition than the other." we immediately fell in love with it. It was exactly what we were looking for. And even got it an extremely fair price. His manager was helpful as well with us to get it. The process was quick and everyone was helpful throughout the process. Worst delivery experience ever! Camper was delivered with dead battery and no way to access the camper as there was no tools to manually open slides. Poor attitude by sales person and not willing help. They had also delivered a message of practices of discrimination if you do not share their religious beliefs. There things: 1) salesman told us unequivocally that any RV dealer would repair the camper BUT none near our home would be we didn't purchase from them. Come to learn that this is 'standard' in the RV industry and not illegal. 2) had my RV inspected at RVValueMart: Is it not required to have a functioning smoke alarm? We had removed the battery, and it remained in the drawer AFTER the inspection. 3) Also, the tech suggested maybe we needed the grease checked in the tire hubs (?) so we agreed-$520!!! charge-Then he told us it only needed checked every 50,000 miles or so...The trailer was one year old at that point!!! Did he think we had driven 50,000 miles in that first year? Outrageous! My advice-Buy your camper locally no matter the cost difference. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Stay AWAY!! RV Value Mart is a joke of a company that has zero care for their customers. I dropped my camper off on 11/30/2024 and was told by operations manager, Bob Bodkin, that it would only be 2 weeks. It wasn't until 1/16/2025 that they finally contacted me. From this conversation with Bob Engle, service advisor, I was told the issue with our black tank(missing a bracket from the manufacturer) would not be covered bc we traveled with liquid in our black tank and the piece of trim that was pulling apart was from water damage. When I explained to him that we don't have any leaks inside the camper and we never travel with anything in the black tank. He disagreed with me and said that the tank was pretty much darn near full to the bottom of the toilet. I asked if they have pictures if this and he told me they don't need pictures of such things. I the. Inquired if my extended warranty would cover and he said he doesn't have time to go over that and he would email me. The only thing he offered to me was a deal tech test that would cost me $500 to check for leaks. I replied absolutely not. The following week, I still had not heard anything until Friday when Bob Bodkin, operations manager, called and offered a thermal camera testing for leaks to which I agreed. The following week I got a call on Friday 1/31/25 from Bob Bodkon that he wanted us to meet with a foreman to go over some options for the trim and I told him if it is t covered under my extended warranty I did not want to pay for it. FYI, by this time I still had not gotten anything with my extended warranty information despite me asking 4 separate times. Bob said he would call me early next week. I never heard from Bob Bodkin until 3/7/3025. And when I questioned why no one has contacted me for a month and half and he said that he was out of the office in February. I asked "the whole month" to which I was met with there was no need to be personal. And then he started going over the financials and the bill was $1300 and he said he was going to take care of the cost and I could pick my camper up. All might have been ok until I read over my warranty information and all the repairs were covered under my extended warranty. I also made sure to speak with the General Manager, Dave, when I picked up my camper to inform him of the atrocious service I had with his facility. All in all, they had my camper for 3.5 months and when I picked it up the tail light didn't work so I had to leave it there again. At every turn, RV Value Mart dropped the ball and lacked any sort of communication and tried to pass it onto me as they were eating this huge cost when in reality it was my extended warranty that they tried to tell me that I cancelled, which was absolutely false. Do not go here if you have any expectations bc they are the bottom of the barrel. No wonder they are t part of the Better Business Bureau. Stay away!!! read more

We went to RV Value mart with the mind set to just look. We were greeted by Mitch who listen with great interest as to what we wanted. No high-pressure sales pitch he just took the time to show us the different options available and explain everything in detail, needless to say we were very impressed and decided to purchase our first RV. The process was easy and stress free. When we went to pick up the RV and sign the paperwork, we meet Rose who was an absolute pleasure her job was to show us the RV operations and inform us on every aspect of the vehicle. Rose spent an hour explaining the ins and outs of the RV functions. She took the time to address our questions and made us feel very important. They have the worst communication and they really don't care about customer satisfaction. make sure you check every thing and have a rv repairman do an inspection before you buy a used unit from them. Make sure you check all your locks on the outside before you leave. I was told they don't lock anything because customers like to check everything out. Just note; if they tow your trailer from one of their locations to the other they don't lock them either. But you are suppose to make sure you do. I have never had a RV dealership treat us this way. This was being a place for my son to live. All they are concerned with is making money. And yes I hung up on Tyler. Love our camper. NOT THE SERVICE. Ordered new trailer from Harrisburg RV Show in February and told it will arrive mid-to-end-April. We had a trip scheduled mid-May and thought nothing of it until it didn't arrive. In the attempt to get updated timelines (because things happen), we could not get anyone to return emails or phone calls. Camper finally arrived mid-May (we missed our trip) only for it to be wrong and missing features that were custom ordered (both the manufacturer and RV Value Mart missed the mistakes). We agreed to take the camper while they ordered the missing parts and then schedule for the updates to be made which would take a few days. When the parts "arrived," they picked up on agreed date for "a few days of work." We are now at the end of Week 3 of them having them camper and they just now ordered additional missing pieces, being sent to them via freight - a long time - with no timeline for when it will be done. All this while we are paying for a seasonal site that we're unable to use. No compensation. No attempt to make it right for our losses. And still like pulling teeth to get updates. Will NEVER recommend RV Value Mart. Go somewhere else. Once they make a sale, they are done with you. read more

I have purchased many campers over the years and from various dealers and by far this is the worst. Not only do they place a hefty fee on top of the purchase price to " prep" your camper. They don't actually do anything except for a very quick wash and sweep it out. I left with NO brakes on the trailer and a list of other things that were completely missed. After they got their money they were very slow to even make the repair to the brakes. There are many other places around to pick from for an RV. I'd advise you look there. Really deserves a 0. Do not buy from these guys. Their service is horrendous. We bought a brand new trailer from them and bought a 7 year service contract FROM THEM. It was a 3rd part contract but they sold it. After 2 years had a few issues and took the trailer to them because we figured it would be easier dealing with the warranty since we bought it from THEM. NOT!!!! First they tried to sell us a bunch of unnecessary service work that was absolutely not needed on a 2 year old trailer. Then all we heard was "that might not be covered". Had to argue with them. They make you sign a contract for the work to be done that states that they will not release the trailer until payment is made in full. Well that includes payment from the service contract company as well. These guys held my trailer for over a week waiting for payment from the warranty company even though the warranty company had already approved the amount covered under warranty. I offered to pay my portion and pick up the trailer but they would not let me do that. Will not bring my trailer back to them again. They are just plain hard to deal with. read more

We bought a brand new park model earlier this year (May) There were a list of things needing to be fixed. The delivery guy took pictures, called the shop and sent the pictures and they said they'd take care of it. First follow up call, they stated they dropped the ball and would jump on it, and we were ok because that happens to everyone. Still heard nothing or any follow up. My husband has continually needed to contact them on where we are with the fixes. Radio silence, except for telling us that we should also contact the builder of the model because they aren't responsive. Damaged door, table, blinds and optical drive. Still waiting. Communication has been painful, with the buck continuing to be passed. We love the trailer, really. We just want our stuff fixed and to move on. read more

I wanted to Email you first to let you know I have sent both a review and a Email to your company telling them how satisfied with you and Davey I am. Thank you again for all your help. That brings me to the second thing. We have been out on our second 10 day campout and I am a little disgusted with the craftsmanship of the Crusier Camper brand. I have now had everything from electrical, plumbing, cabinet door centers falling out, door catches falling off, water pumps plumb improperly, wiring that is with out a doubt a fire hazard and a slide out with screw installed wrong. The slide out and electrical are the biggest problems. The manufacturer installed the dinette benches wrong and put a sheet rock screw though the floor of the slide out that has now torn a 6" inch gash in the linoleum floor. That's not all though the build team also left extra screws under the carpet flap of the slide out which if not found would have surely caused more damage when the slide out was in operation. The electrical began with me trying to fix the closet lights that flickered when you taped the wall feeling for the switch. Turns out I needed to remove the majority of the wall in order to find the haynis wiring job that had passed inspection during the campers build. The fuse panel is a joke, the 12 volt side is mislabeled, has fuses installed into dead circuits and strands of wire that touch more than one fuse lug meaning if one fuses blows the other will still power the circuit. Take note in the picture how fuses are in labeled, but have no wires connected to them, not to mention by their own label one circuit is supposed to have a 20amp fuse but clearly has a 15 amp. Now the hot water heater will not work both on shore power or propane mode. I have power in but none across the fuse at the controller which leads me to believe that it is the board itself that is at fault. To say that I am fed up is an understatement I totally get that things will crop up as time goes by but this is manufacturer negligence and zero over site. I dont even know what my next step is to remidy this problem, I can't see how you could fix the floor or the wiring I've found. Do i have to take the whole camper apart or wait for it to burn to know that their are more problems. These problems along with the list of other things you have already done, IE sink drain, fireplace repair, tongue jack replacement, cabinet door locks adjustment, molding and kitchen blinds replacement. I have included pictures of what I have had to fix or replace in order to keep the camper working. I will need to send all the pictures in multiple Emails, but will make sure that they are included in this Email thread. As the service manager I will start with you, the owner of the company was my salesman and I wish to get him involved in this case as well. My displeasure is not aimed at your dealership but at the manufacture. I would like to get your dealerships support in this matter because I see no real solution to these and the other problems already fixed by your dealership other than a replacement camper or a reimbursement of funds towards another camper. Just as a FYI the replacement molding you direct shipped to my house to repair the console that was cut short by a 1/2" came snapped in half, presumably by UPS of course, but REALLY !!!! Had multiple issues with my 5th wheel I purchased from the Manheim location on Feb 5, 2021 from things not working, broke and very dirty. Our walk through was a joke, the lady barely knew about our model camper. The answer to a couple of our questions was "that is something you will figure out along the way" when we made it clear we were first time RV buyers. Options that would have protected our camper from future water damage were NEVER even presented to us. pins missing from hitch at pick up and after service was done. They did not seem understanding or sympathetic at all to the over 20 issues we had to bring the camper back in for less than 2 months after picking it up, because in their words "It is all covered under warranty so you are not paying for anything." Not considering we had to cancel the rest of our season and the entire experience was very stressful. Some of the screws we told them needed replaced were still not after being there for over 2 months. Now, we were told the last part we were waiting on was in, we showed up on Saturday and waiting for 45 minutes and no one could find it! They were not sorry for wasting our gas or time, offered no solutions, just told us to call back during the week. Called this morning and they still don't have a clear answer or solution on how to get the part to us once they even locate it. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! BEWARY, VERY WARY!!! The pickup experience was so bad I just have to let EVERYONE know. I repeatedly heard "as Is" as a disclaimer for doing nothing. I knew the overall condition from the website listing but had no idea that the pickup would be so hands off. I expected the unit to be connected to power so I could go through the fridge, stove, water, electric, etc. and see what worked/didn't work, tires to be pumped and ready for travel, keys to work the lock. Here's how it really went... I called and said I would be there in about 1.5 hours. I arrived in 2 hours. Kohei "Oh Joe, you're here", "wait a minute". 5 minutes pass. "you're finance mgr. will be here in about 15 minutes". Kohei disappeared. Nothing . sat down to wait. Mitch offered water. Thank you. Kohei walked bye doing OTHER business, (me) "can I see the unit?" "Yes." He walked me to the back door, opened it halfway, pointed, "there it is", he then returned into the building. 1/2 hour later... ' I'll meet you in the closing office, over there.' Finance Mgr. answered every question "not on As Is". It took 1.5 hr. to take my check. Oh, sorry he would not take a BANK CASHIER CHECK. A bank check is paid for already, when signed it is CASH. Written hundreds the same way and NEVER had one refused. Kohei said he would "take a bank check". Mgr. did not take it. Did not offer a solution just said his bank would take it. I offered solutions which took another 1/2 hour to accept. Whoa, but he did put the temporary license on the camper AND made me copies of the paperwork, pretty good service for a $300 handling fee! NOT! I would have expected at least the keys that were in the sink and marked with the correct vin # to work. They do not. Service tried but then... Oh well, As Is. I drove 7 hours to pick up the unit. I was minutes away from asking for my deposit back. I said that if I had to pay the Visa fees I would walk away from the deal. The only favorable event was the maintenance guy did know how to put air in the tires although I had to take the unit up to him and it took him 10 minutes to find a "good' air hose. They had good reason not to hook up the unit to electricity for inspection. The fridge/freezer does not work, A $1400 replacement. And the battery was completely ruined... 0.00 vdc after 24 hours on a charger. Plus an approximate additional $200 for new locks as even they could not get the keys they supplied to work the locks. All in all, the experience "sucked 98%". I was stupid to go through with the deal. Don't make the same mistake... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We will NEVER buy another RV from them, nor will we ever bring our camper to them for service. When a service manager can actually say to me "well, the buck stops here with me, so tough." When we picked up our camper Saturday, the battery was dead ..their service ppl left it die. Then there were wires hanging down from the camper. Their crew never even bothered to put them back in place. To top it off, my husband looked under the sink and found a mess of wires!!! This is a disgrace and mess! I honestly can't believe what was said to me. Then when my husband called and talked to someone in Sales, they stated that because Jonathan is a Martin, he can do and say anything with absolutely no repercussions. Really??? What happened to customer service??? His attitude was horrible! "Well, you can bring it back here and we will shove the wires to the back ". RV Value Mart Manheim location has a friendly and knowledgeable staff, from finance to service they preformed their jobs with the professionalism you would expect. The only reason that I did not give them 5 stars is that upon pickup their was supposed to be a detailed walk through of our camper and it was more like a questions and answer session. Some questions were easily answered while others seemed to baffle the gentlemen who then needed to find someone to answer my questions. I give them one star because I can't give them zero stars. Purchased a camper from from this business at an RV show. Noticed some things that needed fixed. We were told by a rep from the business that RV manufacturers are rushing builds because of the demand. We were advised that issues would be fixed when we picked up the camper the following month. Picked up the camper a month later and some of the issues weren't fixed. Attempted to fix some of the problems on site and then were told to schedule a service and the work would be done since it was under warranty. The business scheduled a warranty appointment for the following spring. Dropped off the camper the day before the service date with a list of things that needed fixed. Camper sat for 2-1/2 weeks at their location and wasn't touched. We had a camping weekend scheduled so we had to go get the camper. Service department was very evasive about the service until someone eventually told me that nothing was done. Claimed that we should have been told it would be a six week wait. I told them I had an appointment that THEY set. Was told they don't have the help and can't service as much as they want. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION! This was never explained until I picked up my camper. I have no confidence in their service and I am looking elsewhere for warranty work. Otherwise I will do the work myself. I will NEVER deal with this company again. They were very nice and friendly when we bought the unit, claimed to be a "Christian" business, but service after the sale is nonexistent. There's a reason the word "Value" is in their title. You get a good price because there's no follow up service. Buyer beware. Plenty of camper dealers in the area to choose from. My brother went to RV Mart to look at an RV we were interested in buying, after Gov. Wolfe required all businesses to wear masks. NOT ONE employee was wearing a mask to protect against COVID-19 transmission. Even the person greeting at the door was mask-less. My brother asked about masks and they said it was optional and did not need to wear one. They did not offer to put one on and my brother left without making the purchase. When I called, an employee answered and reiterated that employees are not required to wear masks. When I told him it is required, he said i was incorrect; I asked to speak to a manager. The manager also said i was wrong about masks being required but then said there were masks on all the desks this morning. I had to inform him that masks on the desk did very little to curb transmission. Then he tried to argue saying that only employees "with health conditions are not wearing masks" after his employee directly told me they are not required. They were rude and dismissive. Dear RV value Mart. We are still waiting for Junior Genoa to get back to us for how they can rectify the horrible water damage RV we were sold out of their Bath location. The sales woman Ann, while we were together I said to her the wallpaper getting wrinkled is water damage. She told me it was from the stop light that was missing its cap. Four days later I decided to take a box cutter to it and it was a mess of rotted frame work, mold and ants. We immediately notified them and they said they would get back to us. That was a month ago. Ann denied the water and everyone went dumb. I purposely purchased my dream rv from a dealership so they would do something if water was found. Nothing! Now I am going to tell you a little bit about a business. This is who they are when something is wrong. Everyone is nice and good when you buy something from them. RV ValueMart is not an ethical company to do business with. They take your money and when there is a problem it has been over a month!!! I plan on continuing to write bad reviews in hopes they will FINALLY contract us. This Junior Genoa is a joke. He contacted my husband and said he is at a loss in how to help us. My husband even gave him ideas we would accept. He ghosted us. There is no way it should take a MONTH to figure out how to make a customer who trusted them, to contact us. How about you take back your rv. How about you cut a few grand. A little gift certificate maybe? How about adding a hatch to all the unused space in our 2018 Shasta Oasis. This is just horrible on their part. This was not a cheap rv. These RV places are exactly if not worse then a used car dealership. Because you can not see the damage until you open a wall, you are suppose to be trusting the RV dealership. I will never suggest anyone go to them. Ernie and David in sales were a pleasure to work with, my only issue there I stated I wanted a hitch with weight distribution and sway control. Was sold a hitch being told we use this one all the time and has sway control. I have a serious sway issue so in looking for the cause spoke to Blue Ox and was told what I had was an entry level hitch and had minimal sway control. I believe it was lack of knowledge not dishonesty on sales part. After one outing and having a serious sway problem started looking for the cause. I found three of the four tires to have the start of broken belts. Contacted the dealer and was told by Jody in service he found that hard to believe and told me they couldn't just replace tires. He did give me the phone number of the warranty company so I could contact them. Upon further inspection I found hitch was installed incorrectly, spoke to Ernie who is looking into what can be done. Two days and no response. I paid 600 dollars for service I don't believe was done and purchased extended warranty with tire warranty. So on a 2022 trailer that was supposed to be serviced I'm out 600 plus for new tires and have to correct the hitch myself service department is an absolute joke and should be avoided at all costs. Seems once they have you money your on your own. Buyer beware of Manheim location. Hopefully the other two locations have better service departments. read more

Zero stars is my first choice, but they get 1 because thats the lowest allowed. RV Value Mart of Manheim will give you Z E R O. From our very first experience shopping here the customer service was terrible. Multiple phone calls over several days we're never returned from the uninterested and unhelpful experience with a salesman. That should have sent us somewhere else. it was clear he hated himself and his job, maybe we took pity on him. Unfortunately for us we're also laid back and show people a lot of grace-we made it excuses "oh it's such a busy season" "oh well covid has just sent their market spinning they are in over their heads". Do not do this. Trust your gut. It only gets worse from here. We finally find a camper (on our own-no salesperson), do a bunch of research on our own because no salespeople are helpful actually...in fact, we learned more about our camper mode from the finance guy than any salesperson there because he had the same model. We go to sign purchase documents and to our surprise it's the same awful salesman again. Wish finance guy would have gotten the commission on our sale because he was who actually worked for it. Salesman guy was still unfriendly, short if not curt, and really made what should have been a fun exciting experience downright unpleasant. We go to hook up our camper(in that order-we we're NOT offered a pre-inspection and didn't think to ask because we newbies) and surprise-RV was not any kind of cleaned since it's trade in when we saw it. There was still the same food wrapper on the floor under the table I saw when we first looked at it. EW. There was also a weird noise coming from the bathroom-turned out to be a young Mennonite girl spraying Raid because "they saw ants and think there might be an ant problem". Mind you, I just signed my paperwork and no one said that before! Frankly no one said much because no one there is even minimally friendly. They all walk around like someone shot their dog leading me to believe they must be treated badly there. Here we are, a year later, with our first camper problem. Awning broke and it was mechanical with an extension arm sheering randomly in half. Now according to the warranty the "awning fabric" isn't covered but we though well, this is the metal arm. Lets try to run theough the warranty first. We were told to drop it off on the 25th of May and we did. We included a note and our keys about using the warranty and the issue it was there for. We call June 5, it hasn't even been looked at yet. We ask why and are told "the drop off date is not an indication of when it gets worked on". My husband nearly hit the roof and let them know hey-we've got vacation soon and should have been told that. When you drop off your car for a mechanics appt you assume it will be fixed shortly because that's the appointment! The guys told us it should be done by June 28th. My husband said no, I can give you until 14 but we are going away in that camper! June 11 we get an email with an estimate and notice that it takes at least 2 weeks for the part. You can imagine our patience is wearing very thin at this point and we ask why the warranty doesn't cover it. The RV guys says oh you didn't say you had a warranty. EXCEPT WE DID AT LEAST 3 TIMES ONCE BEING IN WRITING. He says well I can the warranty people out here Tuesday to look at it. Tuesday is the 15th!!!!!!!!!!!! We leave the 20th!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable and so stressful as like most our big vacations are planning nearly a year in advance!!!!! The stress and frustration created by the arrogance and laziness of these folks is just like nothing I've ever experienced. No one here cares about you. Save your sanity and blood pressure levels and buy your RV anywhere but here. read more

We got a beautiful camper from them, but with alot of problems! We were told we would be notified when it got off the line, we got notified when the RV Mart received it. We tried calling many times for questions and no one ever called us back. So we went to the location and our questions were answered. We finally got our camper. We had a very quick walk through. Only half of the camper was washed when we asked about it the kid told us my boss was to finish it, guess he was to busy. Then stated they are short staffed. Why did we have to pay 400.00 for it to be prepped. We took the camper and used it right away. Our microwave did not work and had other concerns. We called and left messages and have not heard from anyone in over a week. WOULD NOT recommend RV Value Mart. Terrible customer service. read more

They are great right up until the sale is made and the papers are signed. Then they leave you for dead and don't care. Kim Eckels was supposed to process our permanent tags. We paid $530 for this service, which was to include their processing and handling and the state DMV fees. Two weeks before the temp tags expired, she asked for more documentation that had already been provided twice during the sale. She dropped the ball and our temp tags expired, rendering our new camper unuasable for our camping trip that weekend. We had to cancel our trip. Justin Martin, the owner/manager, offered me a gift certificate to their overpriced parts department as compensation instead of the difference between the actual DMV fees and their $530 processing fee, as requested. He doesn't listen, says "uh huh" about 100 times while you're trying to speak and belittles you. During the sale he laughed at me for being nervous about towing a large trailer for the first time and made me feel about two inches tall. For a business owner, he needs some maturity, to take more responsibility for his employees and take ownership of issues. Offering a gift certificate to spend more money with his company is not the right answer. Refunding the fee paid for the service that was not provided is the right answer. This is a poorly run business with management that doesn't know right from wrong. Prices may be good but you'd better hope there's never a problem. read more

We purchased a used RV from the Manheim location last week (May 2020). We started this process before the Covid-19 lockdown and put down $500. Because of the uncertainty we asked for our deposit back and they refused. This definitely raised a red flag but since we didn't want to lose the money we didn't raise a stink. Thankfully we are doing ok during this time and decided to go forward with our purchase. The battery was dead on the RV when we looked at it and couldn't check to make sure everything worked (maybe this was our fault for not insisting they hook it up to electricity). We took delivery of the RV and after getting it home we discovered one of the motors on the slide out wasn't working. RV Value Mart has refused to replace the motor or even fix it. They say it is our problem because we refused the $400(!!) pre-delivery inspection. The salesman never told us that if we don't have the PDI done that we are basically taking the unit "as-is". We did ask to have the state inspection completed and a sticker was put on it however it is quite obvious no inspection was done because the break away switch doesn't work either (required for PA state inspection). We will be reporting them to the state as well for the fraud on their inspection license. I have since learned from others who purchased used RV's from this place that there isn't usually a charge for the PDI. It's my sincere belief that they were fully aware of the problem with the slide out motor and were planning to "find" the problem during the PDI and would fix it with our $400.00. read more

We ordered a camper from them back in October. Put a deposit down, and we were told we probably wouldn't hear anything from them until about February, when Coachmen started to manufacture the trailer. We have tried multiple times to reach them for an update, and are still waiting for a return phone call, two weeks later.... VERY POOR customer service. ZERO communication. read more
