We were in and out in roughly 3 minutes. Outstanding! Just as important, we were charged exactly what was quoted, unlike Hertz (in Calgary), which charged close to $100 more than quoted.

He not only picked us up from the airport, but upgraded us to a Jeep at no extra cost. It was perfect for our mountain drive. Perhaps I'm used to the larger cities and this is common in smaller locations. When I returned the car, I expected to check in with a lot person, but instead had to walk back into the terminal office at arrivals (far side of airport from the lot), then go back to the other side of airport for departure. Just plan for the extra time.
