Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.
