It is located directly after security and if there is more than two people in line, be prepared to wait some time. They do it staff the spot early in the morning for the arrivals, but rather it's more staffed in the afternoon for the departures. The biggest issue with this agency if you're an American traveler is if you think your credit card or auto insurance will cover your rental you are mistaken. They will require a €10,500 deposit in a credit card to cover the cost of the car in case there is an issue. Yes, that large number is correct. So they string arm you into getting insurance, but really the cheapest one will get you what you need and it's less than €100 for the week. I figured it was the cost of not worrying about the tight spots and non-standard roads of the island. They do take a while to check out and the cars are not very close to the counter so be prepared to walk up a hill to get it. When you do get it, be sure to heavily inspect it for marks and scratches. There will be a lot and you want to make sure you're covered. There is also a warning about a €25 cleaning fee if the car is not returned in the same condition it was received. The gas station close to the airport has a self wash and vacuum, so check that out to get rid of those last couple euros you have and try to avoid the charge. Lastly, return is easy. You'll drop it off at arrivals. They'll do a quick walk through and then take your card to return your deposit.
