I told them over and over that I had completed the reservation online and saw no reason to call into the office after I received the confirmation email. Then after telling the associate that I couldn't wait any longer today and needed to have one ready tomorrow, he proceeds to ask me if I want to wait until 5 or be ubered to another location. I said I want you to have a car ready for me tomorrow like I just told you to. he then attempted to kick me out of his store. do not recommend these clowns. never again.

They had assumed since it was not critical that I would not want to repair it. After a brief chat, I asked them to fix it, but they clearly don't go looking for things to pad your bill. I rented a car at Enterprise in Dublin Ohio Parameter Loop Road, around December 18th. There was…read morealready issues from the start. First, for some reason, because I had an out of state license, my father had to use his credit card for the up front deposit. But they still ran my card at the beginning so they could have it on file. I extended my rental about three times. Every time I extended my rental, I was charged for that extension right away. I know because I was checking my bank account before and after, making sure I had enough funds. I return the car on December 28th and everything seems fine, but randomly two weeks after dropping the car off, I get charged $1033.10 on January 10th. No warning, no explanation. I look through my bank account and see all the original charges that were made after each extension of the rental, and those charges were gone, nothing was there. Two weeks later I get charged the total lump sum and I go -$601 in my checking reserve. Why would you initially charge my account showing charges, then those disappear and two weeks later I get charged the lump sum when I didn't have $1033.10 in my checking account. You can't expect people who budgeted to rent a car over holiday break to have those same funds in their bank two weeks after the holidays. I lost a lot of money and now I'm struggling this month to pay my bills I would like for Enterprise to issue a refund, even if its a partial refund as its unfair to have that amount taken out with no notice especially when it occurred two weeks after I dropped the rental car off. You can't expect people to have over $1000 in their account randomly. I had the money in my account during the holidays, I didn't have that money after the holidays. I rented the car during the holiday, not after, so I should have been charged during the holiday, not after.
