I had my friend Karen on the phone and was off to Dayton for breakfast before I had the windows totally defrosted. I took it back the next morning, handed them the keys and I was done. In the time since that happened, I could have filed bankruptcy and restored my credit. Now, in spite of my high credit score and financial responsibility, I am still on a "do not rent" list. The corporate practices of this company and it's affiliates are entirely lacking in compassion and ignorant of the realities of working people. The last time I picked up a car, the previous renter had left the gas tank almost empty. They asked if I wanted them to fill it up or if I'd rather be able to return the vehicle with that low fuel amount upon my dropping the car off. After discussions amongst themselves, they decided the fill the tank for me, and profusely apologized for my wait time, which was only a few minutes. This location has always gone above and beyond for my family and me. We are now loyalty club members, and frequent renters. Keep up the good work! If Seinfeld had gone here, they would have known how to take and how to hold the reservation.

Luckily another minivan had just come in. The vehicle we were given looked like it had just been returned from a family vacation, the middle seats were stowed away and there were crumbs EVERYWHERE. We didn't make a fuss, just swept off the crumbs, placed a cover on the back row for the dog, and we were on our way. Fast forward to our vehicle return 5 days later & we were told to either take the car to Moo-Moo for full vacuuming or pay $450 for cleaning the "pet hair". Goldendoodles don't shed. AND the only surface the dog was on was covered. So we either had to do the job they didn't do before renting us the vehicle OR pay $450. It's extortion and we will never rent from this company again.

I rented a car at Enterprise in Dublin Ohio Parameter Loop Road, around December 18th. There was…read morealready issues from the start. First, for some reason, because I had an out of state license, my father had to use his credit card for the up front deposit. But they still ran my card at the beginning so they could have it on file. I extended my rental about three times. Every time I extended my rental, I was charged for that extension right away. I know because I was checking my bank account before and after, making sure I had enough funds. I return the car on December 28th and everything seems fine, but randomly two weeks after dropping the car off, I get charged $1033.10 on January 10th. No warning, no explanation. I look through my bank account and see all the original charges that were made after each extension of the rental, and those charges were gone, nothing was there. Two weeks later I get charged the total lump sum and I go -$601 in my checking reserve. Why would you initially charge my account showing charges, then those disappear and two weeks later I get charged the lump sum when I didn't have $1033.10 in my checking account. You can't expect people who budgeted to rent a car over holiday break to have those same funds in their bank two weeks after the holidays. I lost a lot of money and now I'm struggling this month to pay my bills I would like for Enterprise to issue a refund, even if its a partial refund as its unfair to have that amount taken out with no notice especially when it occurred two weeks after I dropped the rental car off. You can't expect people to have over $1000 in their account randomly. I had the money in my account during the holidays, I didn't have that money after the holidays. I rented the car during the holiday, not after, so I should have been charged during the holiday, not after.
