I showed 10 mins early to meet their representative as instructed. No rep and did their shuttle did not show up for 45 mins to pick me up. They also charged me €233 for a paint scratch (not damage) underneath the vehicle which would have not been visible to eye at check out inspection. I asked them for before rental photos and they couldn't produce one.

Before heading to Portugal, I had read a lot about people getting caught in rental scams in Lisbon or waiting on long lines -- didn't read that about Sadorent (which is why I chose them) and now I can confirm that they're not out to get you (or foreigners for that matter --I spoke Portuguese and English but it was clear I'm American). They're also really efficient. Just do your due diligence--check the car, log the gas and mileage, and make sure all details they can question you on are documented before you head out. Sounds basic, but there's not much they can scam you on if you cover your bases. Again, I didn't feel AT ALL like Sadorent would try and pull one over on me. Just saying this for those who are freaked out about renting a car in Lisbon (like I was reading the crazy reviews). So glad I did the research to find Sadorent. Truly great experience! Small note: the location is near the airport, not in the airport. We uber'd to and from where we were staying, but I believe there is a shuttle from the airport.
