And we were stuck in the heat with our 2 year old for 2-3 hours in 90+ degree heat, until the tow truck showed up. Then we had to go an hour back in the opposite direction we had just came from to get another rental. Which ultimately added an extra hour to our trip after and already long day. This also cause me to miss an important work event. And to top it all off they tried to charge an extra day after we missed drop pff because of THEIR vehicle breaking down! 10/10 would NOT recommend! And this Big Ike from Cleveland or somewhere has the gaul to tell me at the last minute while i'm in my seat right before takeoff. Then he says, "Sorry, I can't pick you up due to the conditions,"! What conditions!? By God, if you commit to picking someone up, you do it! Don't apologize! You take responsibility for it and don't let it happen again! Then you commit to finding a solution! I'd pick somebody up in a tank if i had to! THAT's what they SHOULD have done! And they say they run an airport transportation service! They said they could not call me because they did not have my phone number nor my email, despite my having an Avis preferred profile for many years where that information can easily be found. This created a huge inconvenience for me where I needed to return home, a ways away, to get my personal vehicle and then proceed to my meeting which I ended up being late for. Don't take your car here! My wife brought her 2016 Tundra in for an oil change and it took almost…read morefour hours to get it done and there were no other customers. About week later oil was leaking all over my driveway! I looked under the truck oil was leaking and the bottom of the truck was covered in oil. I also found several skid plate bolts missing, they never put them back in after changing the filter. I drove the truck back to Walmart and the manager told me the person who did the oil change was not certified to do it and they have been having problems with this person. They agreed to change the oil again for free and refund my money. I went under the service bay to see where the oil was leaking from with the manager. They found the oil drain plug had not been tightened all the way and oil was leaking from the filter. The filter was also loose. Two hours later the truck was still not ready, I went back under to check on what was going on and found the tech trying to find bolts that would fit the skid plate. It looked like he was trying to force a bolt with the wrong size thread into the hole. I told him to stop and I would bring the truck to the dealer and have them fix it and send the bill to Walmart. I also discovered several skid plates in the corner and lots of bolts all over the workbench that were never put back in. It looks like they only install half the bolts on a regular basis.

So I said ok it was actually a really great price of $155 a day and only a two night minimum so that was great compared to most of the RVshare or Outdoorsy rentals. Today we actually saw the RV and it was nothing to write home about. It was the only option and it was a value RV. Very old and just kind of meh. But the price was much lower than the other places around. It drove fine but next time I hope I get a newer RV. I'll definitely use them again it was a stress free rental.

You have to remember that some trailers might not be available or rented out for others during periods is always part of the code here just like any rental place. The management was REALLY great family and even when we had a small battery problem (my fault in the end) they were REALLY quite patient and handled us perfectly. I am looking at booking with them again before the year is up and really have been happy at the choices/capabilities!
