My experience at the Cartersville Enterprise location was extremely disappointing. The representative who assisted us, whose name I believe was Chad (or Chaz), was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. We understood that identity verification was required and provided the requested documentation. One of the documents was a phone bill that had been paid and updated that same day, but instead of explaining the policy respectfully or offering any alternative solutions, he was callous and unwilling to help. His attitude made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The interaction left me feeling that we were not treated fairly. While I cannot speak to his intentions, I left feeling as though prejudice may have influenced the way we were treated. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism regardless of who they are. If the documentation did not meet Enterprise's requirements, that could have been communicated professionally and with courtesy. Good customer service means treating customers with respect, even when they have to decline a rental. I hope Enterprise reviews this interaction and provides additional customer service training so that future customers are treated fairly, respectfully, and professionally. read more

This is the first time i went there and was displeased with the service 8/6 at after 4pm. There was a full car lot and the only car they had to offer me was the nissan altima which had some side mirror damage. Kept pushing me to upgrade and when i asked if i can use my points to upgrade they were not versed on the points system. There was also a chevy malibu there that would have been a good option but it wasnt even offered. read more

I would give them a -10 if I could. I made reservations and spoke with two different receptionist. One was the switch board but then I spoke with someone at the specific location I was going to pick up the vehicle who said there was a compact vehicle available and I could go to this location. As I was leaving I received a phone call from some at that location who stated they don't have the vehicle I requested and they're waiting for someone to return a car today. They lie to get you there with no car, then attempt to get you into a more expensive vehicle. Then the BS they tell you is the switch board isn't checking at that particular location. Due to some tire issues on my rental car from another location, I chose to go for the first time ever to the Cartersville, Georgia Enterprise store to swap out my rental. When I walked in the door, even though they were extremely busy, I was greeted with a smile and a nod. As I waited, I observed at least five or more, extremely upbeat, joyful, and smiling Enterprise service members, happily helping other customers. I waited in line behind approximately five people in front of me and had the opportunity to observe the tremendously wonderful service they were all receiving. Even though one of them was dealing with what I'm sure could be a stressful insurance situation, she also left smiling! The line moved much faster than I anticipated, and I was warmly greeted by (Kevin L.) who made the vehicle trade out a breeze! He got me out of there quickly, I may have been in that store for a total of 10 minutes!! I truly can't say enough good things about the Cartersville, Georgia Enterprise location, and I am overly thrilled at the service I received that day and I am very happy to be a loyal Enterprise customer! It is a rarity that I leave reviews, but due to the resounding and beautiful display of customer service, I feel compelled to compliment and commend every single associate at that location on an extraordinary job well done!! Thank you to Enterprise and specifically again to (Kevin L.) for giving every customer the same great service that I have come to love and appreciate from this rental car service company!! I had a reservation for a standard rental car through insurance. When the representative at Enterprise showed me the car, it was a Nissan Versa. I asked if this was considered a standard car and they said it was. I ended up not renting the car because it was too small for my needs. When I got home, I checked the web site and the Versa is classified as a compact car not a standard car. read more

A majority of my rentals are done at the airport due to business travel, but this is a good option when I don't need to drive to the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've used this branch many times. The vehicles could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly but I know I'm more picky about that than most people probably are. Made a reservation for a medium size SUV on Wednesday to pick up Thursday. They called an hour before pick up. No cars available. None. He would call around and get back to me once he something (anything) at another location OR something was returned. I explained I had a family emergency. My dad has had a stroke and I needed to get to my mother who has Ahlzhimers and can't stay alone. I told him I was counting on a return call. It never came. My reservation was cancelled by someone and now neither canton location answers their phone. We rent from them 6-8 times a year. NEVER AGAIN! We've taken bigger cars, when they did not have what we reserved, and been stuck paying extra. We taken cars that have been smoked in despite their policy. THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW ON THE PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you can't make a reservation and count on at least getting a car, what point is there to the on line "guaranteed" reservations?? read more

A rental drop off was set up for 1pm at the body shop. At 1:05 , the body shop called to ask if we were still coming. I said , yes, my wife is almost there . At 1:09, the shop called to say the guy left because they were busy and he could not wait. REALLY! She got there at 1:15 and no rental there. Fantastic team here. I broke down on the side of the highway, just outside of Calhoun, GA. It was urgent I find another form of transportation to get to my destination (10hrs north!). I needed to rent a car while having my car serviced. Nelson picked me up promptly at the auto service location and quickly processed my rental. He was polite and professional throughout. When I had to extend the rental period unexpectedly, he handled it seamlessly and even honored my request to downsize the vehicle. I have rented from Enterprise many times and this location was as courteous and professional as I've come to expect from the company. Their "pick you up" policy makes it so easy. I have had two bad experiences with friends who rented from the most recognizable name in car rentals (hidden fees that were not revealed at rental time) that had to be disputed. I later heard of someone else who had the same problem. Enterprise is upfront about all of their fees and policies. I never plan to rent from anyone else. read more

From the beginning, they went above and beyond. A nice gentleman delivered my car a day early, in a snow storm, to make sure I got my car for our family trip. They upgraded to a heavier/safer vehicle for no extra charge. After my trip, they picked up the car at my office. Everything was seamless. Thank you for a great experience. The current staff is very friendly and helpful - they are definitely 5 star. The remember who I am which is important to me considering how often I rent. They make the effort to set me up with the same terms as the previous group - a couple of rotations back. We rented an SUV over the Thanksgiving holiday. While visiting family in Ohio, the rear hatch was opened and would not close. We tried everything including Road Side Assistance provided by the rental agreement without success. A tow truck came and was very helpful to follow me with his lights flashing down to the local Enterprise office in my small hometown. I could go into great detail on how the two Enterprise locations (Ohio and Cartersville) worked together to get me into another vehicle that would accommodate all my passengers. In a nutshell, they were fantastic! I was able to get into a mini-van (something unheard of over a holiday weekend) and safely return to Georgia at the end of my trip. I like to think the measure of a company is not one without any problems, but how that company responds when there is a problem. The Enterprise locations responded quickly, courteously and diligently to resolve the problem and make sure I had adequate transportation for my return trip. I will certainly use Enterprise for all my auto rental needs in the future. read more
