Once I returned the car, filling it up near the airport and left to get on my flight. When I review my credit cards charges they are no where near the invoice pricing I was originally given. They over charged me, charged me for not filling up the car with gas, charged me for mileage even though I was on unlimited mileage. I sent invoices and credit card statement but they kept coming back that the charges were correct. NO so and I refuse to rent from Avis/Budget again. They cannot be trusted.

Once I arrived there was only one car available a 2015 Mazda (I never looked in trunk) but the steering wheel was peeled, the middle console was connected, the radio didn't work, the seats were filthy. I didn't know ANY OF THIS until after my card was charged $600.00 plus dollars. Once I got in the car I was highly disgusted but I was in need of a rental and needed to be at a wedding within 3 hours. I asked 3 times to the man who I rented the car from is this car going to make it 2 hours away with those tires? He said we just got this car so I don't know much about it. (Long story short) I got a flat tire at night, I got a hotel so I didn't leave the car.. management did send someone out to replace the tire next morning. Once I got in the car I realized I didn't look in trunk to see if other tire was in there. I called the tire man immediately and the man said the tire is damaged and he will contact HNH himself to let him know. I explained that to management and he deducted money for the tire and missing rim which had absolutely nothing to do with me. I was inconvenienced, getting an hotel to not leave car, ubering to and from. overall disgusted and embarrassed either way this vehicle was dirty and Mold was in the trunk but management said it was dirt! However, I will never rent from this place again especially for deducting money from my security deposit and not checking over this vehicle prior. I wouldn't dare rent from this establishment again.

First, I was greeted upon arrival. Scott was wonderful, helpful, and understanding when I had accidentally reserved a car at another location. I thought this would terribly delay me, but it didn't. They luckily had one available. I returned it within 24 hours and check out was seamless. I was very disappointed when I found out they don't allow personal cars on their lot for the day if you are renting, and wish that had been somewhere on my reservation. My email receipt never got to me, but a quick 3 minute phone call with Samantha helped me procure my receipt for my expense report. She was kind and friendly and patient and even waited on the phone with me to make sure I got the email.

When we arrived at the Uptown Charlotte Enterprise, we were told someone had already rented a vehicle under his name from the Shelby location. Employees led us to believe he may have been the victim of identity theft. Instead of investigating or contacting the Shelby branch, we were repeatedly told they couldn't help us. After personally contacting the Shelby Enterprise ourselves and calling my partner's father (Sr.), we discovered Enterprise had simply confused a father and son who share the same name. A quick comparison of their driver's licenses, dates of birth, addresses, and payment information could have resolved the issue. The employee with the dark curly hair offered more attitude than assistance. Rather than investigating Enterprise's mistake, she canceled our reservation because she claimed we were "yelling" after nearly an hour of trying to understand why we had just been told my partner's identity may have been compromised and that someone else had rented a vehicle under his name. To make matters worse, the Audi A5 we reserved wasn't even at the branch. The only Audi available was a Q3. Several employees refused to identify themselves when asked and were not wearing name tags, making it impossible to know who was responsible for the way we were treated. I documented the interaction with photos and videos. We left without a rental, delayed our seven-hour trip to a family reunion, and spent hours trying to resolve an issue we were told could only be resolved by a Regional Manager. Mistakes happen. Refusing to investigate them, canceling a customer's reservation, and leaving customers to resolve the problem on their own is unacceptable. My family trusted Enterprise to provide safe and reliable transportation. Instead, we experienced unnecessary panic, emotional distress, inconvenience, and complete disappointment. This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise, and one I will never forget. Rent at your own risk!!!
