If I could leave negative stars, I would. Booked a PREPAID reservation online on Tuesday for my dad for a pickup on Saturday. My dad gets there to pick up and is told they don't take debit cards and need a credit card. Fine except they will not refund the debit card for another 7-10 days!! So you want to charge my credit card while you have the money already from my debit card?!? Eileen was NOT helpful at all!!! Convenient, well priced, and friendly staff. Just be sure to rent from hertz as they may not have your vehicle available if you use 3rd parties like Expedia. I use this location regularly and always use the hertz app. Staff is very helpful and makes the check out and return very easy. Thanks Aileen (sorry for misspelling). Only reason I am leaving 4/5 stars is most of the time I pick up a vehicle it needs a car wash. The inside tends to be cleaned but the exterior not so much. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Reserved van from Dollar Rental (Hertz took over this location but no indication on Dollar website). Even received a text message the day before from Dollar Rental to confirm van rental. Drove there only to find Hertz instead of Dollar. Again, no indication on either website about this. Saw no van in parking lot when we drove up so we were immediately concerned. Hertz Customer service agent was apologetic that they no longer carry vans or trucks at this location. Was told nearest location to get one is in Lawrenceville, NJ!!! Really? Do not go here thinking you are renting from Dollar nor renting a van or truck. Hertz and Dollar depend on their website for reservations but don't deliver accurate information. Awful. read more

Had a rental scheduled for 5:30 pm on a Friday only to arrive at the location with the door locked and no one here. They attached a paper sign to the door that they closed at 5 now on Fridays. Their website and google page still show 6 pm closing time. We never received any notice about our rental being an issue. This is absolutely unacceptable read more

I had a rental through another persons insurance after an accident in july and now months later in December my card was charged $263 why I have no idea as I searched my previous rentals and it states $0 was the charge I'd love to know why I was charged and why they still have my card information. Had to cancel my card and lay it out as fraud so I have no access to my money for their fuck up. This location of hertz is absolutely awful they gave me a vehicle that was a 2019 minivan we were traveling to Florida for vacation, the van was filthy it shook while driving it didn't become evident how bad the car was until we were on the highway it shook so badly with anything above 45 mph! Imagine driving 17 hours with a scary shaking car! Also the windshield wipers were shot they didn't clear the rain it just streaked! We had to go to the hertz at Tampa airport to exchange the car as soon as we got to Florida and they couldn't believe this car was still on the road! Thankfully Tampa hertz replaced our crap car with a good minivan that was safe and very clean! Obviously it's the lackluster manager that gave me an attitude when I was returning the better car to them that is allowing cars like this to be rented! when we returned from our trip she began to make light of the situation. I demanded a comp for the two days we had the crap minivan. Dave the worker that sent me off with the original crap car did end up crediting me for the two days, but they certainly didn't have any remorse knowing they put my family in danger the way they did! I chose Hertz in Fairless Hills on a whim for a rental car because I had an unexpected repair on my car. I was stressed out because of the whole ordeal. I am so happy I chose Hertz, Fairless Hills, because the service was top notch. I anticipated a short rental, however, I had to extend my rental last minute and it was a quick and easy experience. All of the staff was helpful and quick, and I would like to make a specific mention of Dia, she was kind, and super helpful. Her engaging personality and calming presence made for a pleasant experience despite the challenges I faced this week. I feel like I made a friend or two during this whole ordeal. I will certainly be back to Hertz, Fairless Hills, because of the quality customer service and awesome experience. Thank you Hertz team, you are appreciated and valued. DO NOT listen to them when they tell you about using their EZ Pass. They charge you $6 a day and you get NO EZ Pass discount at all....rental Assistant Manager on duty completely lied to me and I was charged full price PLUS their charges. It's an absolute scam. read more

Our experience checking a car out could not have been better. Had the model car we reserved ready. Had to add a driver on to the reservation, agent worked through it systematically with some help from the lead. Took some time but got everything right. No high pressure for add-on. No help, no customer service the only option is to call them and they tell you to cancel reservation which means you spent your time, another 3 hours on the phone with a customer service representative that reads answers off of a piece of paper and repeats same thing over and over. What an unpleasant experience, rented a car when they brought the car around it was dirty, I was pushed for time to get another car so I took it. Such a mistake, no wiper fluid in the car, had to stop and fill up with oil. The inside of the car was trashy, personal paperwork from previous renter in glove compartment. Trash in the trunk. Staff gives conflicting information and are unhelpful. For example, I was assured when I picked up the car that I would get a ride to the train station after I returned the vehicle. That turned out not to be true, so I had to arrange my own ride in an area with no public transportation or reliable taxi service. They referred me to a taxi service that could get a car to the location no earlier than 45 minutes, which would have caused me to miss my train. Fortunately, I had Lyft installed on my phone, so I was able to get a driver within 5 minutes. read more

This Hertz location rocks! Hertz is one of the few, if not the only company in the area that will rent to customers as young as 20. The Fairless Hills branch manager, Tim, has always gotten me the car that I wanted to rent, and goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are satisfied. Their prices also beat those of Enterprise and Avis because of their coupon codes and AAA discounts. I will continue to rent my cars through Hertz at the Fairless Hills location. read more

Be careful around these crooks. They will sneak additional coverages onto your rental price without telling you, resulting in a difference of hundreds of dollars. Then they will check off the box saying that you "accepted" these services when they don't even mention it in the first place. When you call and ask for a refund, they get all ghetto and tell you to come and say it to their face. Like, what? Completely unprofessional. I needed a rental car for 2 weeks do to my car being in the shop. I was paling out of pocket and they told me that after the first week I could call in to extend the rental as needed. She also stated that they hold a 200 dollar deposit and that when I called in for the extension that it would come out of that 200 before they charged my card for anymore. I was disgusted with the service at this hertz location they treated me like was was garbage. When I first came in they would not alow me to chose a car and when I asked them if I could upgrade they said no. I got a car that was dirty and when I complained they said I should take my business else where and that I was a talking nasty to them when I was only being polite. I was lied to saying that the manager wasn't in but when I came back and hour later I found out that the guy who told me that the manager was out was indeed the manager.
