We have rented at this location before but will never again. I made a reservation weeks ago and went to pick up the vehicle and was told they have nothing available. The manager, Hope did not help find another vehicle or give any solutions. Terrible customer service. BEWARE!!!! Faithless Hills is running a scam. I recently rented a vehicle in Oct for a weekend trip. Everything went as planned until a couple days after returning the vehicle. Got a call from a manager stating that there was new damage to the vehicle. When asked about it he would only tell me a dent in the quarter panel. I asked for pictures because there was no damage caused by me during my time with the vehicle. He said he would show me only if I prick my insurance information. When I refused he got agitated and was no longer receptive. Sorry, you're not gonna out a claim against my insurance for something I didn't do. So then I get a call and email from the claims dept. I responded again requesting information and to no surprise.....nothing. No I receive bills demanding to pay for the damage that I still haven't seen anything about. This branch is running a scam. Stay away. If you use them MAKE SURE TO TAKE A VIDEO WHILE WALKING AROUND BEFORE AND AFTER THE RENTAL so they cannot try to rip you off like they are trying to do to me. And if they do then you can show them and tell them to pound sand. Wish I had picture to share but they refuse. read more

I have rented from the Langhorne Enterprise a few times. Recently, I reserved a car online and received messages updating me and confirming the reservation. Matt, Dom and Wesley provided great assistance and explained all the policies. I returned the car early since my auto repairs were complete. If you are getting the car as an insurance rental, make sure to tell them. Also, if you want a SUV or truck. You must provide a major credit card. *Surprise*, Enterprise. It was frustrating dealing with the company once they knew it was for insurance. We had to pay as a general customer rates. They wouldn't reimburse us even though they found out it was a rental as a new contract. They say not to smoke in the car but it had certainly had. It smelled so bad we bought a fan deodorizer. Shaun, the manager was semi helpful. My insurance company gave me two options to rent a car. I could wait and go through them, or rent the car and receive reimbursement through them. I chose the option to receive reimbursement. I initially rented a vehicle and returned it 2 days later because I didn't like the way it drove at high speeds. It felt unsafe. I returned it for another vehicle. During the swap I explained to Shaun that the rental was going to be covered through a claim with my insurance so he told me that he would backdate the claim, which I thought was amazing customer service. I received my final statement 14 days later. On the statement there were two days that I was charged the full rate, simply because he says he was unaware of insurance paying the claim at that time. I called to get clarification, and he expressed that because he didn't know insurance was covering it at the time I still had to pay the retail price for those two days that I had the first vehicle. I'm not sure why that mattered but I'm highly disappointed and feel like it was dishonest business. read more

I have rented from this Enterprise now twice, and it is one of the best. A big shout out to Matt, Ryan, Rich, Brent and the entire team for making the whole process smooth and welcoming - they are truly enrolled in the well being of customers like myself. In addition they will also pick you up and drop you off that the nearby Langhorne SEPTA station (as they have for me) making it an excellent choice for the whole Philadelphia area, particularly if you find yourself flying into Philly and out of Trenton (as I did) or vice versa, given their convenience to the Philadelphia-West Trenton line. Also rates here are reasonable and no high airport taxes. This last trip I was attending a funeral in New Jersey and given the context, the ease and kindness of the Enterprise crew in getting me on my way, as well as the return, was especially appreciated. read more

Prior to this incident I had great reviews for Enterprise as a whole and the Langhorne branch. However, this has severely been altered with a parking ticket. I paid my parking ticket correctly and timely. However, Enterprise did not accept my proof of payment and charged me $125 ON TOP of the $25 parking ticket I had paid. They do no accept the receipt of payment nor the township themselves calling to confirm the payment. Additionally, they did not even notify me of the charge, just charged my credit card months later. Strongly considering never using them again for any of my travels, which is often. Such a shame for a nationwide chain to treat their long time customers. The BBB will be notified of this. read more

We've rented from various Enterprise locations without incident. After returning our vehicle without any new damage on February 27th, I received a letter in the mail on March 11th from their damage department (corporate office) stating that the vehicle had been damaged without any description of the damage. No one contacted us from the Langhorne office. When I attempted to call the damage department at 4:30p, I received a recording which states their hours of operation as 8a to 5p Eastern Standard time but they did not answer. I immediately called the location and asked about the incident. I requested any information or documentation. I was notified that the damage listed was "dents on the roof" but the agent did not have any additional information. I asked to speak with the agent who actually checked the car in and made the claim. I left my phone number since I was told that he was with a client. I called back twice and was given other reasons why that agent wasn't available and did not receive a return call. Just so happens at the time of rental on February 23rd, my husband witnessed another customer disputing the same "roof dents" charges being assessed on his credit card. We cannot be certain they rented that vehicle to us. My husband did not notice "roof dents". We did not place anything on the roof nor did we experience any situation that could cause that type of damage. A few months ago, at their Hamjlton, NJ office, I witnessed two agents discussing a claim for "roof damage" that they were discussing "like someone jumped up and down on the roof". I didn't think anything of the conversation until this situation. We are disputing these charges and will be visiting the office in person and seeking legal advice. It's alarming that weeks after the vehicle was returned, that we were notified of the damages via a letter in the mail. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS PRACTICE. I am disappointed in the charges after using the rental. They charged a young driver fee when I specifically asked during the rental process if there would be one. This is false representation. I would never recommend anyone to do business with these people. They charged me $225. for a car I had less than 24 hours. They closed early cuz it was New Years so I brought the car back after hours & then they tried telling me that they "don't KNOW when I brought the car back & since they were closed on New Years they didn't GET the key back until that next day." And we even called to ask what to do about it if they are closed when we return the car. They TOLD us to just drop the key in the slot. Would not recommend this location. My Uncle used this location many times and recommended it, but their customer service was ridiculous. Reserved a sedan at $217.03, 187.99 plus tax. When we dropped the car off they upped the price to $259.70 plus tax, which came out to $294.48. When we picked up the car we were helped by Alyssa. She was nice until we turned the car on and discovered the TPMS indicator said the back passenger tire was low. We went into Alyssa and told her about the tire. She sent a tech out to look at the wheel, who told us that the tire was fine and we should go to the Wawa and pay to fill the tire with air ourselves. We did and the next day the tire went flat. We took it back to Enterprise and they gave us such a hard time. Alyssa acted like we never told her about the tire issue, and when we explained she laughed at us and said we had only talked to a "finisher" and not a technician. Alyssa sent the guy out to look at the car and I have no idea how we were supposed to know the difference. Seemed like they were trying to make us feel stupid and blaming us for the problem. Quentin said they had no more sedans and we would have to pay an additional $10 to upgrade to a RAV4. We said that this was unacceptable, because we made a reservation and it was not our fault that the car had issues, so he told us that a RAV4 was 4 upgrades from the car we reserved. I told them it still wasn't our fault that the car had a flat tire and they finally said they would upgrade us for free. Then Zach stepped in and said we would have to wait for them to pick up another sedan and we would not get the upgrade. Zach told us the had made a note in the computer and would credit us when we turned the car in. The second car they gave us the emission light came on after driving it for only 30 minutes. We had such a bad experience with returning the first car we just kept the second. When I returned the car, instead of a credit for the trouble they up charged us by $77 from the price they quoted. Apparently his note was to charge us for the upgrade they never gave us. read more

I just had to rent from this location and I can tell you that they did not listen to what I said about the cars being offered to me which is basically next to nothing that I could safely drive and felt comfortable with because this was an accident claim and between GEICO fouling it up and enterprise not listening , instead of this being an easy rental it took 3 hours of my time trying to find a car that did not exsist on their lot the day I went, I was forced to take a car that I did not feel comfortable driving because of all the upgrades it had which I did not ask for and they would not call other enterprise lots to see what they might have. I had to pay the extra fee for the car because it was a hybred and then I was talked into taking their insurance to protect the vehicle and not make my company pay for any damages if they occurred. I was not happy, they showed me cars that were nothing like what I currently drive and all I Wanted was a car with power adjustable seats and a back windshield I could see out of and they made it like I was asking for a luxury car that was unattainable. I have been disrespected I feel , made to feel that somehow what I wanted to have was not told to them, really and when I took the original car back to them three days later on having not been driving it at all and traded it for a Toyota camry which is what I drive they all wanted to know why I wanted that instead of the car they gave me . Well because it is not what I want and I am the customer. I had to spend not only three hours the first day on this nonsense , then have nothing to drive on the weekend and then run back again on Monday for another car so where is the great customer service and we will be picking you up etc. And now I am like the nasty older woman who is complaining about this and damn right I am complaining. read more

They fully coordinated everything with the dealership and made the process exceptionally seamless, including shuttle service and being able to drop of my car at the dealership when Enterprise was closed. I have used Enterprise for years without a problem. I have a corporate membership but I always have found that hotwire finds the branch with the lowest rate, so locally they pointed me to the Langhorne branch. I had pre-bought hotwires insurance through Allianz which is also a much better deal than going with the rental car co rate, and is piece of mind to cover your own deductible should need be. Anyway, got to the location which ive rented from at least 4 times prior and now they no longer accept debit cards wirhout 2 alternarive proofs of address. So you might think that a cell phone bill and a bank account woukd be acceptable proof, and actually neither are ! Needless to say my werkend plans were diverted for several hours as i went to one of their competitors by the airport. The staff wanted to help but said they wpuld be fired if they divert from this corporate policy. Enterprise has lost my business forever! read more

Best customer service ever from a rental car company. I needed to rent a car for my son's prom. He has autism and cannot drive, and I told the manager, Bill, I was looking to rent a car in the Cadillac class. I know that you don't always get that exact car. I explained to him that I was trying to make this a special night for my son with special needs. He told me to call back the day before my rental and he would see what he could do. He actually CALLED ME BACK! He called me several times saying that he was trying to locate the type of car I wanted. He was not having much luck, and even after finding one close to it, and sending two guys from his dealership over to get it and finding out that the other dealership could not find the keys, we still were not close to getting the right car. He still pressed on, and after more phone calls, he came back and found me just the right car, a black Mercedes that was in that class. I couldn't believe the level of customer service and professionalism this manager showed for our situation. Please not, we weren't asking for anything for free; we just asked for a particular car in the same class if possible. (And I do travel for a living so I know this is not always the case with car rentals and normally part of the disclaimer in renting.) As a mother of a child with special needs, I was overjoyed at how willing this manager was to provide excellent and professional customer service. Every employee in the branch there was super nice as well. They were all busy and engaged. This is a tough business; you deal with a lot of people in stressful situations. I've rented from Enterprise many times, and I've always had a good experience. I will be going back to this particular location again. read more
