The location was pretty easy to find. Right after you cross the Kentucky border heading north Enterprise is is on the right. I was helped pretty quickly by Nicholas the Assistant manager. The car I received was pretty rough but it was only a one day rental. I noticed the tank was only 1/2 full and I did ask to have it filled up before I left and Nicholas gladly filled it up for me. The transaction was simple and efficient. Would recommend. I booked the reservation online as well so maybe a "walk up "might not go as smoothly.

Pros: they had the the type of vehicle I reserved (a mini van), and it was well staffed…read moreCons: -I spent an hour cleaning the rental because it was grimy and dirty and smelled -we kept finding random ants in the vehicle -one of window shades was broken (which we realized later) -the passenger window made a loud "clunking" noise every time we used it; so we had to stop using the window in fear of it breaking I remember a time when Enterprise was the BEST, you'd get in a rental car and truly appreciate the niceness of driving a different new clean vehicle. The standard has fallen greatly, I imagine this is true across the board but it's disappointing especially when you spend $800+ on a rental for the week.

The second one advised there is some "shady things going on under the hood" and certain parts are not secured properly on the vehicle. The dealership was contacted on the 8th by us and stated they would look into it because they have "top tier" mechanics. Never received an email back or a phone call and the bank was contacted that same day also. By all means save yourself the headache and trouble. 7/1/2025:I'll start off by saying the whole team is friendly. Larry and Mia were great in working with us. Larry goes above and beyond to help and even the owner is a stand up guy! I highly recommend this dealership.
