So I just got a new car and I was looking to get some new rims put on. I came here because they had some rims I really liked and, from the reviews, seemed like they do exceptional work. After discussing the sizing, costs and installment, they begin to work on my vehicle and, midway through, realize they don't have some sort of part needed to put my rims on. At this point, I'm pissed off because how don't you know you don't have said part PRIOR TO working on my car???? So they tell me they don't have the part today but they'd have it tomorrow and I could come in on my lunch break. I come in on my lunch break, which means I sacrificed my lunch, because you guys told me you'd have the part at this time on this day. This may seem somewhat of a minute problem but don't fucking tell me to come in on my lunch break, pretty much guaranteeing me that I'd have my rims on and still be able to have my lunch, (because the job should literally only take 30 minutes) and then tell me AFTER A WHOLE FUCKING HOUR, which is absolutely ridiculous, you still don't have the part!!! Very unprofessiI'll be more than happy to take my business and my money elsewhere. read more
