Talked with people twice at Enterprise so now I am waiting as they escalated it and to wait for their call back. So besides this car rental I am worried that on my return flight which arrives at 11:30 PM no car will be available and will be spending all night in the Sanford airport. I guess I should have checked here before using Enterprise. Would I recommend Enterprise..No I see the message from the manager, I am not going to waste more time on Enterprise. 3 phone calls to 3 different people all saying this is being escalated and I will get a call back. There were customers located in the office still checking out and multiple people waiting outside. The attached picture is the woman who yelled at me, told me to leave and threatened to call the police. I have been a longtime budget customer and will no longer use your company. I had a reservation and had preregistered and did not deserve the treatment I received. Multiple customers witnessed this scene. I was late due to car problems. I called budget multiple times, as evidenced by the attached screenshots, so someone could please try to let the location know. I was told I would be ok! That they would leave notes in the reservation! Needless to say, I was refused service because I was 2 minutes late. I was left stranded and missed an important life event and it was because a horrible person could not give me 15 min of her time to rent a car that was already preregistered to a longtime customer.
