Enterprise in Grafton is not a place that I normally would have thought to try, but I took a chance when comparing prices online and they were the best by far! We even got upgraded to a massive SUV, too bad there was no divider so I could leave the rest of the family out of earshot! Staff was great though be prepared to wait as they aren't typically staffed very heavily.

Well, as we were counting our luggage we realized one was missing and so was our car seat. We had to go and file a complaint so we were not outside when the shuttle arrived. We called again and they came right back over. The driver was so kind. There were five of us and we were just going to ride over and come back with the car. She was so kind and told us there was enough room for everyone and we did not need to bother trying to come back. She put all the bags in the car made sure all of us and our kids were buckled in safety. She was thoughtful of passenger safety and comfort. When we got to the area where the cars were we were assisted immediately. It was hot so we were offered water. Not just me inside getting paperwork but my entire family of 5. Continues to be a great experience. We were told at time of rental we were getting a Durango to accommodate our entire family, but a Traverse was driven over when we got outside. The person in the office had the driver bring over a Durango, he told us that the Traverse really had more room, but we were welcome to take either one. That was truly exceptional. He was not angry and was extremely polite even though he had been asked to go to the trouble of driving over a different vehicle. We went with the Traverse as it was roomier. In the end we had a 2014 vehicle that was nearly new and was comfortable for our entire family and left with an exception al customer service experience. The cost was very reasonable; especially for the size and quality of car we were given. I will use this company when I travel to Wisconsin again.

I hit a deer a few weeks back, and struggled to find a Toyota the week before Thanksgiving. I ended up going with Hertz at the airport location because the website had allowed me to reserve a Corolla. Well, when I got there, they'd actually reserved me a Nissan (which they DID change to a Toyota when I asked). In the end, they weren't bad... but they weren't that great either. However, the second week in, I decided to try Enterprise just to compare. With it being the Monday after Thanksgiving, I knew my vehicle choices wouldn't be that great. Still, I reserved an economy-grade vehicle and hoped for the best. The Beaver Dam Enterprise is located in a dealership. I got there first thing Monday morning to pick up, and Jo'Van, at the desk, was just lovely. Apparently, I wasn't the only one who'd hit a deer the week before, and with the holiday rentals as well, there weren't any economy-level cars to have. So he gave me an Elantra (which I REALLY liked--especially the first two days when I got to sample the Sirius). Jo'Van was courteous and conversational, and explained everything to me. He even went so far as to suggest I check out purchasing a newer car (which I didn't end up needing) from Enterprise's fleet, and gave me the info I needed to do so. I used the key drop to return the car the following Sunday night, and Enterprise called me the next day to tell me everything looked great and that I was all set. They went over the fees one more time (which matched the original estimate), and that was that. I felt really taken care of here, and if I ever need to rent again, this is the first place I'll come. OH! And one more thing: if you just need the car for your work week, double check the prices on keeping it through the weekend. It actually comes out cheaper to rent it for 7 days vs. 5. Weird, right? Weekly vs. daily rates...

It was clean. In all, I will definitely be back. Very convenient location on HWY 100 (108th) between Greenfield and Lincoln Ave. Side Note: Their credit and debit card hold is $250. Hertz's debit card hold is $500 and $200 for credit cards.

Recently went to Corky's to rent a truck for hauling some furniture. I called ahead of time to get…read morea quote on a "truck". The quote sounded reasonable along with the mileage they quoted. When I went to the place to pick up the "truck", they showed me a van. They had no trucks for rent at all. They quoted a low per mile rate on the phone and when I got there, it was $.60/mile higher than the quote. Then they tell me they close at noon so they won't be there when I get back, so I would have to come down another day to pay. But I won't be able to pay with anything but cash or check. I wasn't able to go pay on the Monday after renting it, so I get a call Tuesday morning asking me to come in and pay. I tell him I can make it today or tomorrow. He (the owner) says, "No, you will come in today to pay!" So in short: Quote not accurate Wrong vehicle quoted Had to return another day to pay No way to pay but with cash or check Very rude owner I will not recommend this place nor will I return.
