When she…read morebrought it to our mechanic, he called and said there were many issues with the vehicle. 1)First and foremost was the wrong engine in the vehicle to which whomever swapped the motor took a grinder and ground down the engine block to make it fit. 2) Next the air compressor is not attached to anything and flops around the engine compartment because once again wrong motor covers up the anchors for the compressor. 3) there are at least 4 different sensor wires that are not attached to anything so we don't know how the wrong engine is performing. 4) the timing chain/belt is worn and when you move from a dead stop you can hear it whine. 5) the engine and transmission don't line up properly so when you give it some gas you can hear the the grinding of the gears. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Even if you're my worst enemy. Called The owner explained what our mechanic found and he tried to turn it on us that Chausee's automotive which is a trusted shop in Sun Prairie (been in business for over 40 years) was wrong and didn't know what they were talking about. I went to school with the owner. Next we set up an appointment so his mechanic could look at it. Called the night before and changed the time. I called back and he never responded and haven't heard from him since. Please don't throw your hard earned money away at this place.

When I contacted them to explain the situation, they refused to respond. I took it to another repair shop and they tried their best, however it was ultimately deemed irreparable. Finally got ahold of Zach 2 months later. There was no effort to remedy the issue or discuss any reasonable solution. They did offer to charge me $50.00 an hour to look at it AFTER telling me it had a catastrophic electrical failure. It felt like once the sale was complete, customer service no longer mattered. I understand that used cars can come with risks, but a vehicle failing almost immediately raises serious concerns about how it was inspected or represented before sale. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. Make sure to get an independent inspection and understand exactly what you're getting into, because support after the purchase will not be there.

I pulled off the highway and found the nearest repair shop I could find, which ended up to be High Tier Automotive in Beaver Dam, WI. Even though it was about twenty minutes before their closing time, they diagnosed the problem with my vehicle and worked late to fix it. They got me back on the road that day and I did not have any vehicle troubles after that. I found them to be very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my vehicle and very helpful to get me back on the road at a reasonable cost. I cant say enough good about this place. They went above and beyond to help me out of a situation. If I lived closer to this shop, I would take all my vehicle repair and maintenance business here.

They did a great job! i couldnt believe how quiet that engine sounds now, and i dont have to worry about something falling out on the road. they also welded an exhaust pipe that had a split. excellent job all around, they really went above and beyond in getting my beloved truck running like new.
