When we get there we see the rental signs for cars at the location. We go into the arrivals area and talk to the lady behind the desk. She claims to have no knowledge of our transaction. We show her our confirmation she says ok, you will need to go over there to get the keys. We said where is over there? She said the building that says readers on it. Mind you it's two blocks away in blistering cold wind. You get there, and you can hear people talking but no direction on where to go. Walk further into the building towards the end of the hall there are offices tucked behind the service counter. Those are the people to help you! The nice lady had me sign some papers handed me keys and told me the car was over there. We go back to the car rental area to find our car wasn't there, but back at the readers location. Wow, what a nightmare! Tips for people picking up cars, have them show you where "there" is otherwise you do unnecessary walking!!

My husband rented this car for me to drive from Twin Falls, ID to Salt Lake City, UT. We had to change our pick up time via the national number. The national number was a pain to deal with 3 calls and an hour later, we gave up on modifying the reservation. I called in to schedule a reservation and asked for a manager. The lady quickly helped us and had the reservation modified. I wish I would have take down her name as she was fantastic. The lady at Twin Falls did take my husbands debit card, but only after we told her we did not have any credit cards with us. The car was a great deal $19.00 on our reward day for a nice Buick. The car had a minor dent that was already documented ahead of time. Checking the car in at Salt Lake City was quick and easy. The guy checking it in was at the point waiting on me to get out of the car. He check the milage and the vehicle then sent me on my way. It was a quick and easy experience. Though National loses stars because of not accepting debit cards.

We waited 2 hours for a mechanic to come out and check the truck and THEN had to wait another 2 hours before they paid for a ride back to our destination in the cold! 2 months later I check my account and these people removed the truck rental charges from my account AGAIN- where I was shocked to see another over 1000.00$ removed from my account and had to spend literally hours on the phone to fix! These people were called on the 26th of December and again today to see why I am not reimbursed for what was taken from my account. I never get onto these comments but had to say something; STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET-what a nightmare. PS still no reimbursment:(

I rented a car from this location to drive to Utah to visit my daughter. Before I reached Utah, a…read morewarning light appeared on my dashboard and once I arrived at my location my daughter tried to figure out what the problem was. There are no owners manuals in the rental cars and so we called Budget and were transferred more than 3 times to different people. No one could figure out the error message. We finally googled it and found out it was the ABS system and called Budget. They told us we could return the car to any Budget location in Utah and get a different car. We went to 3 locations (including the airport) and were told we couldn't switch the car in Utah because the Utah locations were franchises. Budget would not help us and basically told us we were on our own to get the car back to Idaho. I drove the car back with much anxiety of a breakdown and upon returning the car, was told by the manager that there was nothing wrong with the car. Horrible experience. Will never rent from Budget or Avis again. Was informed Avis owns Budget.

That was the night of June 20,2018. The next morning we arrived an hour after they open at 9, the lady working tells me we rented your van, we'll give give you a smaller vehicle for the same price. We had to leave a lot of luggage and bedding for staying at relatives out of state. This really put a damper on our family vacation. I don't believe it's fair to say I never called and there was no note so we rented your reserved van. Especially without a discount on a smaller cheaper no frills small suv, that we had to cram five people in to go on what was supposed to be a relaxing drive. Update Budget did refund $66 to my account for the price difference. I would rather have had the mini van, so we could have brought our bedding and beach chairs etc.

Chances are they'll have your customers rental car pulled to the plane and they'll be happy to provide you with a level of service on par or greater than that of the national chains. We ordered food ahead of time and found it there promptly and it was quite tasty, especially the coffee cake! The one drawback of Reeder is that they lack a GPU for regular use, it is for starting only.
