If your car has to break down, these are the guys to call for help! Sir Tony came out with a battery for my car this morning! He responded with the AAA service so the battery was installed at my garage at home -- which was great because the car was dead AGAIN! No stress for me because Sir Tony was just as pleasant after professional as Sir Dave. He laughed and talked and made the whole situation seem like no big deal! It was nice to be able to trust these young men with my car, my home, and my safety. I felt like they were going to do what they promised and deliver high quality products. I would definitely use Main Street Towing, West Bend again. In fact, I may look for them to become my primary mechanics! He was able to accomodate the length of my rental when I extended my stay out of state. The only reason that it is not a five star review is that they are not open on weekends and therefore you are unable to return the vehicle until the next business day unless returning to an alternate location, which may not be as convenient. I would absolutely recommend this location, as well as use their services again.
