First of all we want to say THANK YOU JESSE. We went on a winery tour in Door County for a bachelorette party. It was the highlight of her trip. Jesse was the most accommodating driver. We rented one of their limo buses for a winery/brewery tour in Door County. Jesse was super accommodating. Limo arrived at our resort as planned, followed the itinerary to a tee. The owner is rude and the limos aren't kept up. The air in them only works 50/50. Not a great investment.

We purchased a night out for 6 with limo and a lobster dinner at a local charity event. We made a reservation online 4-6 weeks before the night we selected. My wife and I and 2 other couple gathered at the agreed pick up point where we waited until 1hr past the agreed time. We called to see if there was an issue and the man on the other end said there was no reservation for tonight, they wouldn't send a car and wouldn't even discuss scheduling another night. Basically is sounded like they wouldn't honor their donation charity. He blamed us for not following the directions from an confirmation email that we never received. They may have a good service but we'll never know but what I do know is that I can't trust them to show up or honor their donation. By the way the lobster dinner at McCormick seafood which we drove to was great. Response. This was booked weeks in advance they failed to show for the scheduled picked. read more

We used Cheesehead this past weekend for a bachelor party. The party bus was perfect for 10 guys. The driver was very friendly and arrived on time. If I could post zero stars I would. 100% agree with the other two poor reviews of this company. First off, the company never asked for a itinerary via email when booking the service. Secondly, the driver showed up late and openly admitted that he was not from the area, yet from a town more than two hours away. At that time he proceeded to say he doesn't know where he's going and since cell service is spotty he couldn't look up the bars we wanted to go to. With regards to the young woman he kicked off the bus, the company's response does not portray the truth of what happened. One of the bars was more than 10 miles away, she merely suggested to skip that location and proceed to the next one to avoid driving all over town. At that point the driver proceeded to scream "I AM GOING TO THE LOCATIONS HER FATHER TOLD ME AND IF YOU DONT SIT DOWN YOU CAN GET OFF THE BUS". She said "Fine" not thinking anything of it and the next thing we know he went from 40 to 0 mph as he halted on the side of the road. For all potential customers, this company's response speaks for itself with regards to their unprofessional and condescending nature. I can assure you the bride-to-be's friends were not talking ill of her on her special day which this company nearly ruined. But no they weren't done, they have since posted their heinous response to her honest review on her wedding website as if to embarrass her in front of all her guests. Utterly classless.
