We presumed this was in the rental car area along with the other companies. Nope! They never heard of Beep Beep. Dealing with these guys was like dealing with a couple of hustlers on a street corner. They wanted to charge us $125 to come change it even though we'd only had the car for 2 hours so we changed it ourself. Thank God there was a spare. When we returned the car the next morning for our flight they said that WE damaged the tire and charged us $210 for a new tire and to put it on. Refused to let us see the tire damage. Biggest bunch of ripoff artists.

A staff member at National took our information for Alamo as well. Jesus waited on us today. Primary driver has to provide their credit card info for the car rental. We are renting a mid-size car. An upgrade with $30 for a SUV or Jeep Wrangler. They will let you pre-pay gas is $47. Gas is about $0.80/liter. $308 for 3 days, a tad expensive for 3 days. They will give us 10% off at the end our drive. Not bad. Rentals are all located on the 2nd floor. Staff on the parking level will tell us what our car will be. Easy to grab and go here. Pick a car in your segment and go. Either a newer Hyundai Elantra or a Kia Forte. Some visible scratches on the hood, back and the right side. It's a bit beat up, but mostly superficial. Not bad so far. Prices are higher than expected or normal for rental. Car is mid-size, low level and not too peppy, but it at least gets us around.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip, but spoke with Naomi Sanchez who was able to cancel my reservations with no charge to me. She was extremely friendly and professional. When I have to fly back to PR, I will definitely be contacting PR Green Transportation due to their excellent service. They communicate constantly. I didn't wait for more than two minutes when they showed up with the car and the keys were handed over to me and I was on my way. I kept the first Chrysler Pacifica, which was absolutely perfect brand new and spotless for one week with my family. After my family returned to the US I changed cars to a Honda pilot and that changeover was also seamless. The Honda pilot was brand new spotlessly clean, and performed flawlessly. The Team at Black tie is great. I have a large family and this service made my trip even better. Puerto Rico is great and Black Tie Car Rental is awesome.
