Since my ex had over 20 hidden accounts and refused to turn in his discovery, I asked mark to issue subpoenas. He didn't. Instead, he offered a deal to persuade me into signing the agreement: if I agreed to give my inheritance to my ex, he would represent me in a partition to divide undisclosed assets case next. But, when it came time for it, he refused. You owe me my inheritance back mark. Watch out, he manipulates his own clients.

Then red envelope fee, and the expense cost, etc. At the end, they will collect 90 percents of the claim and leave you with only 10 percents of the settlement . Do not use them. When I asked them about the administrative fee, they informed me that that is the copying cost (it only cost a few cents to make copy). They told me that it is very minimal. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They charge you $1500 for those fee, in addition to their attorney fee... they charge you so many fees. Stay away this office.
