She is VERY communicative. I appreciate all the communication leading up to cleaning. She understood my cleaning expectations and what to pay attention to. She was VERY thorough even paying attention to details I didn't even think of but I appreciated which shows she does not do a half job or cut corners. It took her a little over 5 hours to do a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 1500 sq ft home. She also contacted me regarding her arrival to property and upon completion she did a FaceTime walkthrough due to my work schedule. I can only conclude that he doesn't care about the quality his business provides. When I reservedly told him dusting and vacuuming were not done well, his response was 'the ladies reported that you stepped on mopped floor'.... What does that have to do with their poor performance? And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner.
