The owner will deceive you to get your business. They use cheap aftermarket parts and body filler. If subpar work and a poor experience with a rude manager/owner are things you like Hesgard may be for you. However if you care about your vehicle and want it to actually be rapaired with OEM parts don't take it anywhere near Hesgard. He will lie and once he has your money, and his cheap fixes don't last. I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle here for repairs. The owner doesn't stand be his work. The first time I had to return because the repairs didn't last. Whether that was because of cutting corners or bidding too low on the initial estimate I'm not certain. After the repeated repair the damage reappeared and the owner admitted to me that "he did not know how to fix the problem". Mind you this was probably a six hundred job and he admitted that after two failed attempts he couldn't repair it. So basically, he either doesn't know what he's doing or he isn't trustworthy enough to stand by his work. Potential customers BEWARE, when it happens again, the owner will not stand by his work. The repairs after I was hit were done quickly and professionally. The communication through the whole process was top notch.
