I recently purchased a 2026 Ford F150 XLT with a 5 L V8 from Evansville Ford. Julia, my sales person and Scott the sales manager were excellent to deal with. There was no pressure. All my questions were answered and they worked with my local bank. I took the truck home happy as a lark the next morning when I started the truck, the motor was knocking. I immediately called Dave the manager who I met the day before and he scheduled me an appointment being that this was a brand new truck. I was a little freaked out. I dropped the truck off for them to diagnose the problem. They immediately gave me a brand new 2026 Ford F150 to drive it turned out to be a bad timing chain tensioner to cause metal shavings to go through the entire engine and other words, it was a manufacturers defect. They immediately went to work and got me a 100% brand new engine and had Alan their top tech of 20 years was master certified. Put the motor in. It looked like the day came out of the factory. I was very impressed and extremely pleased. They also went above and beyond and contacted Ford. Ford stepped up and made my first truck payment. And gave me 100,000 mile extended warranty. I've been in the car business my entire life, both buying and selling and had never been handled more professionally. I am a very high type a personality. And like to know what's going on they kept me informed the entire way what could've been a major disappointment. a huge turned out to be a pleasant experience. Buddy went in for a simple oil change. They completely forgot to add oil! So of course the engine ceased! Then charged him 5k for a new engine! That's how they do business! Beware of this place!!! read more

The mechanics are skilled and explain what they are going to do, and price range; which is always affordable; so it's never a shock. Everyone is polite ~ many things now the mechanics will even come to your home to repair or replace in your garage. They even will pickup your vehicle and bring it to the dealership for repairs. I called regarding a car, spoke with Jenelle, offered to put money down on the car, scheduled an appointment to see the car on Monday, called on Saturday AM to confirm appointment to be told the car I wanted was sold the day before and was being delivered while we talked. I called on the car on a Thursday. car was sold on a Saturday. I spoke with New Car manager he explained to me that the phone call goes to a call center and not to dealer directly. They can find a car with similar options but costs more because it is not their own inventory. Sorry as a long time Ford owner I will never use this dealer and now I will go test drive a Nissan Maxima since I can't find another car like the Taurus I wanted. Ford my lose a long time customer. We just bought a 2019 Ford F-150 and our experience was amazing. We live in Racine Wi, but the closer dealerships where difficult to work with online and we're not very competitive in pricing. Evansville Ford was extremely easy working with online. We agreed on pricing and made the drive out. When we got there the car was already pulled up and ready to go.
