What I have experienced at other public aquatic centers is that their staff is usually very rude and arrogant, especially the lifeguards, which is not the case at this facility. The staff was great and prices are very reasonable ($3 for kids/$4 for adults). The lockers were very clean and there was plenty of parking. Given that we have only been there a couple of times, I have experienced enough to be able to rate this place as 5 stars, especially considering that our kids really enjoy swimming here during public swimming sessions. From my understanding, they have swimming classes and other swimming events here, but we have not yet experienced them. Overall, a great place to beat the heat!

The hike down is beautiful with wide desert views. Just remember: going back up is a workout. Bring plenty of water and be ready for sun. The hot springs themselves are awesome--several warm pools and the cold creek right next to them. It can get busy, but still really relaxing. Overall, a great adventure spot if you're up for a tougher hike. Would definitely go again.

I had an appointment that was confirmed multiple times through both text and email, and after driving over an hour each way, I arrived to find the entire building dark -- every light was off -- and the place looked completely closed. I had called multiple times on the way there to let them know we'd be about 10 minutes late, no one answered, and yet the phone was sitting right next to Davian upon arrival, who seemed completely unaware of my booking. He then shuffled around like he didn't know what he was doing and appeared high. He was also sitting with a girl eating, and the whole situation felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I asked about my appointment, he first said, it would take him about 20 minutes to set up. By then I was uncomfortable and did not want to stay. When asking for a refund he responded "I don't work here," then changed it to, "I used to work here, I'm just helping out." He told me he couldn't process a reimbursement because his boss was at a Keith Sweat concert in Las Vegas and wasn't answering her phone, and that I'd have to contact her myself for a refund. I reached out to her multiple times and never received a single response. No refund, no apology, nothing. They've completely ignored me. For a place that calls itself a "family" activity center, this was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences I've ever had. They wasted my time, energy, and money, and clearly don't care about their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We planned on staying about 2 hours and told him he could catch as many as he wanted. Big mistake for us. The little booger caught 4 trout and a carp that was 1/2 his size. At $8.00 per fish, it was pricey. But......We were paying for the experience. He loves fishing. We would have paid $$$ to go to an amusement park and the memories wouldn't have been the same. I'm only four foot nine so I couldn't lift my kids into the first 4 swings. The park has nice little details like a roundabout, a xylophone and rock climbing. There's a lot of benches and tables for the parents to watch their kids nearby. One thing I will say, the park is super popular and it was very packed. All the kids we encountered were so sweet and kind towards each other. It was really nice seeing everyone get along and playing together. There's an office, a baseball field and bathrooms.
