The merchandise and knick knacks they sell are very cute and homey, I always find something special, especially around holiday times. I enjoy purchasing the yearly Thomas Kincaid house and floral arrangements. ******UPDATE: 4/2026 When I returned to use the credit of $180 that they said was owed to me, I was told the credit was revoked because I wrote a poor Google review!!! What? Then he proceeded to yell and scream and pound the countertop demanding me to get out of his store. He acted SO inappropriately and was so wound up I had to call a Hamburg Village police officer to come and calm him down and tell him to stop yelling at me. It was the most outrageous interaction I have ever seen in a place of business. I am appalled at how I was treated. Went to location to pick out specific flowers for a funeral. We designed together . I even took pictures of the flowers I wanted with them. The flowers arrived and two arrangements were nothing like what I ordered. I called on first business day and asked to speak to owner. Owner wasn't in that day. I was polite explained the situation. Worker apologized and said owner will call me back that day. Called again end of business day. supposedly owner not in. Called again next day. Owner never called !!!!! This business doesn't care at all about your satisfaction !!! They will make what they want not what you order. Very sad situation for a grieving family !!!! Personalily I will never use them again. Very difficult to get a hold by email as soon as they received my deposit. There was better communication later after I complained but I still don't think it made up for it. They told me they couldn't deliver to my venue because it was a labor day weekend and the boss wanted to take out his boat. So we asked the best man to pick them up the day of. He did and my bouquet looked nice except the dusty miller had already wilted badly. The girls daisy bouquet stems were really long and it didn't look like they took much time to wrap them. Sloppy. On top of all of that they did not include the throw bouquet I asked for and blamed our best man for losing it when I asked about it. I would have given them 1 star except I really did love my flower crown. It was perfect and besides the wilty dusty miller my bouquet was very nice. read more
