Bottom line, we trusted him, we hired him on more than one occasion, only for him to turn around, take our money, then tell us, after clearly expressing he could help us, nope, we're too broke to be helped. He called us directly and asked us to send all the pertinent paperwork before the meeting so he can review it. At the day of the meeting, although we had a one-hour free consultation, Mr. Heston did not stop at the hour and explained/discussed our case thoroughly. I paid you $1000 for the bankruptcy application form, but you did nothing for the last 6 months since we signed the contract, and you didn't even contact me once during that long period of time. per mutual agreement i pay you $1000 for the bankruptcy application form which i can submit to my lawyer, so we can bargain with my landlord in my lease agreement breach case, just in case i finally agree to let you submit the bank form to the court i have to pay you another $1500. before you even give me the application form and even before you contact me once regarding the form i get the email from you asking for another $1500. so i was totally confused because i haven't even receive the form. then i wait , wait and i got nothing from you until my lawyer told me that i have only 3 days to go to court for my lease agreement breach trial. i called you on this Monday asking for the bankruptcy form, the paralegal received my phone call and told me i have to leave a message so you can get back to me, but unfortunately you didn't call me back. and i called you the next day, it's the same paralegal received my phone call and i left my voice message asking you call my back, then i wait and wait, you didn't call my back. then my court date comes on Thursday, you didn't finish the application form until the final moment of the court time - 9:30am on July 10 2014. that's what get from $1000! tell me , Mr Richard Heston, as a lawyer where is your professional morals?
