Unfortunately the clinic manager and billing company incorrectly submitted my medical billing since 2023. I have repeatedly requested an itemized billing statement and have been repeatedly denied. I have repeatedly requested to speak with billing and have been repeatedly told that their billing company doesn't speak with patients. I have never received a bill from this clinic. I have never received an EOB from my insurance company. Diane the office manager told me today that I owe about 3,700 before I can make another appointment. I was given no notice and no bill until today. Durand the clinic manager told me that my insurance company has denied payment. This is incorrect per several high level employees at my insurance company who have stated that their billing billing was submitted on 3/21/25. It's in review. There has been no denial. The clinic manager abruptly withdrew no notice, no bill and no continuity of care told me that I cannot come back for treatment. This is patient abandonment. I really hope Dr. Kitzmiller sees this because I find him to be an excellent and ethical provider. I doubt that the medical providers are aware of this situation which is happening to other patients.

I quit smoking. If you still are don't lie about it. He can smell it on you. If you are having a side effect of a medication he prescribed give him a chance to correct either dosage or a different medication that would be better for you. Don't challenge his intelligence. Just remember we all can have different opinions on certain things. Like Vaccines should not have Thimerosal (Mercury) as a preservative. I confronted him about this and we agreed to disagree.

But she didn't use the expected validated risk assessment tools for breast cancer or other cancers, as is the job of a GYN specialist. That's why the tools exist: to SCREEN patients and then prescribe appropriate diagnostic tools using the standard of care guidelines. She didn't: she referred me to a cancer surgeon instead. I don't have cancer, I've never had any diagnostic indicating I *might* have it, never even an "iffy" test result: all I needed was a script for my mammogram, and another diagnostic that *every* GYN specialist I've seen has ordered, as it is in the diagnostic path based on the screening. These are the tests that are listed as the standard in the guidelines for people with the risks I have. But no, she said I had to go to a cancer SURGEON. Another doctor, more appointments, higher costs, some male SURGEON to handle my GYN services because she didn't want to even order basic testing? I don't think so. As a health care provider myself, I'm appalled. I expect a specialist to cover basic care according to the care plans, which includes screening the patient and following the standards. This doc didn't. This happened earlier in the year - I was just too shocked at what she did to even write this review. And I had to find a new GYN specialist.
