He instructed us that we needed to get back with the company to have them get in contact with our home warranty to fix the hole. The receptionist that answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable about the procedure that needed to be done with correcting and completing the services. Everytime I would call and speak with her the response would be " we finished our part, there is nothing else for us to do!"
