Went there for a free estimate and followed up with a trip to my car dealership for some touch-up paint and their estimate. Turns out that I don't need to pull off my rear bumper for painting a dime-size scratch that had paint removed to the metal; the piece over the wheel is another story. Dealer can have detail work buff up the plastic piece, but for less money, Virgo can replace the piece with a brand new piece (and paint it). Virgo updated the cost of my original estimate, and it was LESS than the dealers! Being a leased vehicle, I'd rather replace a damaged piece than just buff the scratches off and save money on top of that. Part 2 will be added after the work is done.

Called to have my bumper realigned after it popped out of place after having it serviced at CC. Was…read moremet with VERY nasty/condescending tone from the manager, insinuating that I was lying, and was told it had to get serviced at the original shop. Drove an hour to the original CC just to be told it should have been able to been serviced at any location. Very very disappointed in the way this was handled, at least the team at CC in Glassboro was nicer. Don't go to this location unless you want to be told lies and met with a piss poor attitude from the manager.

Anyway, I've taken no less than 5 cars to Pinelands over the years. The most recent was a repair to my Lotus Elise. In order, they've previously fixed for me a Dodge Stratus, Ford Escape, Volkswagen CC and my daughters Toyota Yaris. On one occasion, I needed to take a car back to re-spray a passenger door (CC). They prioritized the job, provided a rental during the 3 days it took and in my opinion, did the right thing. The mark of a great company isn't how it responds when things go right, but instead, do they do the right thing when "stuff happens". In my experience, they always do.
