I took my Prius here and I'm so glad I decided on Pinelands Collision Center. Although my insurance company gave me a list of repair shops I could take my car to they also told I me I could have the body work done wherever I wanted so I chose Pinelands Collision. Glen was so easy to work with and the guys in the shop did a wonderful job with the repairs. Brought the car there on February 6, after being pushed from December and January. They had the car for more than 6 weeks AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO IT. No parts were needed. Every time I called to check on the status, I was told that they would get it in to work on it in 2 weeks. Nice enough people, but terribly unreliable and horrible at follow up. If they didn't want to work on my car, that's all that needed to be said. They wasted months of time that I could have used to find another repair shop and have it repaired. read more

I recently had my Ford fusion repaired and pinelands collision. I got to say I've read some other reviews on here and I thought I would give my honest opinion. The work alternately came out perfect and the paint job was beautiful. The work took a few weeks longer or may be a couple weeks longer then originally was planned for. I do not blame the shop because this happens during a very bad snowstorm and pretty much all businesses were shut down for a few days and then there was more damage than what we originally thought. from start to finish I called twice just to see how things are going and Glen the owner or one of the owners was helpful and explained everything to me Thoroughly. So I cannot blame him for the delay in the work and it was worth the wait because the car came back perfect like it never happened. I'd rather have somebody take there time and do it right then fix my car real fast and cut corners. In my opinion he cut no corners and did everything to my satisfaction and was helpful throughout the process. I've owned a businesses and not everyone is going to be happy no matter what you do. So both times I've dealt with Pinelands collision they have been very helpful and fair. My mother has also had her car repaired there without any problems. This is why I give them five at six stars and I probably should give them six stars because the the delay was not their fault. Good job guys on a job well done I definitely would go back. Worst experience ever. Waited 7 weeks for minor fender/tail end repair. Went to pick the car up on a Saturday, and the tail light doesn't work. No break light. No reverse light. Nada. Nice work GLEN! let me know when you're going to pay the bill for me to have the vehicle finished. Enjoy the insurance check that you already cashed. "Don't worry about anything" he says. Right. You have my number, Glen. ****UPDATE**** The trunk doesn't "pop" open and will not stay up when opened anymore. The trunk takes on water when driving down a wet road. And the radio won't get a signal, at all, nothing. The hits keep on coming. Got work Glen. You deserve a giant "atta boy". You really did a wonderful job making the car worse than when we brought it in. Congrats! Be proud! read more

I drop my Ford Fusion off for what was suppose to be a 1 week job and it took 2. I wasnt worried to the damage done to the bumper but more so the residual damage to the door panel and hood. Ultimately I dont fault them for it taking as long as it did, they did a fantastic job. Nothing would indicate my car had been damaged as bad as it was. read more

Was recommended to use this place to fix my car after a deer ran out in front and dented the right side. When I picked my car up immediately I noticed my door that was supposed to be fixed was sticking and the window would not seal when we put it up. Furthermore, the headlight that they were to replace did not work And the paint job was done very poorly. I was disappointed after leaving the car with them for two weeks... Glenn, agreed to make good on the repairs that they did a very shoddy job of. After having my car an additional two weeks, my window still does not seal and my headlight still does not work. The paint job they did still looks terrible. This place is an absolute joke! I would NEVER recommend this place to repair your car. read more

I'm very surprised by questionable reviews from the folks in Lyme, CT. I wonder if its the same poster? Its not like Lyme, CT is near Southampton, NJ. Anyway, I've taken no less than 5 cars to Pinelands over the years. The most recent was a repair to my Lotus Elise. In order, they've previously fixed for me a Dodge Stratus, Ford Escape, Volkswagen CC and my daughters Toyota Yaris. On one occasion, I needed to take a car back to re-spray a passenger door (CC). They prioritized the job, provided a rental during the 3 days it took and in my opinion, did the right thing. The mark of a great company isn't how it responds when things go right, but instead, do they do the right thing when "stuff happens". In my experience, they always do. Worst body repair shop. I waited 27 days for a fender to be replaced and painted on my brand new car. They told me to bring my car in because the parts are in, well 3 weeks later they tell me they are waiting for parts. So I finally get my car back after impatiently waiting and the body lines don't line up, there is uncountable specs of dirt under the paint as if it was painted in a sand storm and all the interior door panel clips are broken and the panel is not attached properly. I was warned by a coworker not to take my car here, but because the dealer recommended this place I took my new car here anyways. BIG mistake! I am a big car enthusiast. So if you love your car like I love my cars you will go to another collision center. Now I am stuck with a paint job that I am very disappointed with. read more

I took my car in on 10.30 for repair work on a fender bender. I picked it up December 19th. During that time there was no communication initiated by Pinelands and when my fiancé or I did call, Pinelands seemed confused as to why we thought there was a problem or were concerned about the length of time they had the car. They were paid in full by my insurance company and my deductible and when we picked up the car, we noticed the tail light didn't work. The one they JUST replaced. Upon further inspection, we noticed the car no longer picks up FM radio, which worked fine when we dropped it off. When we called Glen at Pinelands to tell him, he was unapologetic and basically didn't even recognize that he had provided unsuitable service. He had the car for 50 days...and it came out with problems that it did not go in with. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They are terrible at communicating with the customer. And clearly do not provide good work. A simple apology on their end could have fixed a lot. But they never gave one. Nor an explanation. Im currently disputing payment for their work. We have two new drivers in our house so unfortunately for us we've visited Pinelands more often than we would like. However, if your vehicle needs collision work, this is the place to go! The staff is friendly and efficient. We've stopped in for a quote and we are back on our way quickly. The work has been completed in a timely manner and we can't even tell that the vehicles were ever damaged. The repair work on one of our cars is several years old and the paint still matches the rest of the car exactly. Excellent quality, great service, fair prices. read more
