This location is far less crowded than the Cherry Hill location and my preferred Best Buy. If you…read moredo an online order and store pickup, it's quick and painless, unlike the other place where you must wait forever at the checkout. Although there don't seem to be as many workers on the floor at the Mount Laurel Best Buy, it doesn't bother me since I prefer to be left alone while I shop. TIP: This location is super easy to get to, especially if you're coming off 295 South. It's the Tacony exit from that direction, which immediately empties you out into the shopping complex for ultimate convenience.

I was explicitly told that all I needed to do was call the store after receiving my first credit card statement and they would apply the adjustment. When I called, I spent over an hour on the phone and was told I had to wait 15 days. I waited the 15 days, called back, spent another hour being transferred between representatives, and was then told I had waited too long and was no longer eligible. As a result, I never received the promised 10%. I feel completely misled into opening a credit card based on false information. This experience was exhausting, deceptive, and unacceptable. I have been warned about Best Buy by other unhappy consumers and now I know why.

Short review: Overpriced, bad communication, took too long…read more Long review: I just got my PC back today after 15 days at Compupro. My PC wasn't booting because it was stuck in the Windows 10 "automatic repair loop." I have a multi-HDD system, so I removed the problem drive from my case and brought it in. First they tell me that they need to run diagnostics on the hard drive. The minimum cost for any work (just to look at the computer) is $60. Fine. They said they'll call me when they have the results. After one week and no call, I call them to check in. Whoever answered the phone explained that the hard drive is fine and I need to bring in the rest of my PC (not just the drive) for testing. I do, and they say that they'll call when they know more. After maybe 5 more days and no call, I call again. They still can't figure out what the problem is, but they recommend resetting Windows, which means that I'll have to reinstall my software...maybe. Probably. The tech on the phone couldn't remember (this should be have been a red flag). I ask how much this will cost, and I'm told $75, and that the original $60 will be waived. I tell them to proceed with the reset. They call me after a couple more days and let me know that the reset didn't work, and that the only thing left to do is a full Windows reinstall, which means that I'll lose my software and files. They'll backup everything first. Fine. I'm a little pissed at this point because a Windows reinstall is easy, and something I could have done myself two weeks ago. Whatever. I tell them to proceed. The next day, they call and say that my computer is ready, and that the final cost is $150. What? Where did that number come from? The reset is $75 but the reinstall is $150? So, at the end of the day, I threw away two weeks and $150 on work that I could have done myself, and without all the hassle.
