Ator quickly diagnosed the problem, a faulty fan and system in need of a deep cleaning (I am guilty of letting my dog sit with me when I use my system and it showed.) He gave me an estimate of two days to get the part ordered, system cleaned and laptop back to me and went above and beyond to make sure that happened. When the part did not arrive until after hours this evening, he stayed late to get the job done. Sam hooked me up remotely and began investigating the problem. Following his investigation, he requested me to disconnect from remote and restart the laptop.
