I don't know how I have gone years without writing a review for the very best team of hairstylists I've EVER EVER had! How can I possibly convey the love I have for these people?!? I don't where to begin, so I'll just bullet point my favorite things: * Serious skilllllllz - I like to show them a pic of something I am looking for, and each and every time... they deliver! But then, they add their own flavor to make it work for my face. I have never left without being completely blown away. I walk out with sheer confidence! I've done cuts, color, highlights, Balayage, and have been ecstatic every time. Side note: nobody has EVER been able to make my hair Ash except this crew right here!! I always end up brassy (the middle eastern in me I guess). But these guys nail it EVERY time. * The sweetest group of people you just want to hang out with. They are funny, kind hearted, energetic, and constantly offering you delicious drinks. Everything from Kombocha to tea, coffee, etc... you seriously feel like family and you don't want to leave. * The Vibe - great music...ALWAYS! Adrienne has done an amazing job decorating the place to make it feel cozy, warm, and inviting. I never get bored just looking around the salon. And because it's an open space, it allows a lot of opportunity for fun conversations. It seriously feels like you are just hanging out with your friends. * Educated - they have either worked with or trained with the hair styling elites! Adrienne is constantly going all over the country doing seminars/ lectures and is so up to date with the latest in hair research/ trends/ products. Schools and companies hire her to train their teachers! Any hair question you have, she will answer it. She has a few decades of solid experience and it shows in her work. I also know that Travis has worked on a few celebrities. (Even a particular actress who is known for her amazing highlights!) There is no doubt that these guys are experienced and more than qualified to handle the toughest of hair challenges. * The Price - for what they do... they could be charging triple! Extremely affordable. They aren't the snooty-tooty type to jack up their prices. They treat you like they would their family or close friends. * Quality products - they use the best of the best products and I'm sure they aren't cheap! Doesn't damage your hair. Keeps the shine and softness. * Convenience - location is great and easy to find. Payment is simple (you can even Venmo if you want). Their receptionist is great and calls back pretty quickly if she is on another call. These guys are Rock Stars and make you feel like one too. I would highly recommend Hey Saylor & Style to everyone! She's extremely efficient, I used to spend 7-8 hours getting bead tips put in and Adrienne has me in and out in one hour with the tapes. Not to mention they're so much lighter and more comfortable! I found my new salon home at Hey Saylor Salon and Spa. I was recently turned down by another salon because I was told my hair was too curly, long, and thick. Long story short I was devastated at first. Luckily, I was referred to Hey Saylor and had the best experience ever with Brittney. She really took care of me, made me feel welcome, and took her time to really give my curly locks some tender love and care. I look and feel AMAZING!!!! Anyone with curly hair knows how hard it is to come by a good hairstylist who knows what he /she is doing. Brittney is definitely experienced and knowledgeable on how to cut curly hair right! A+++: This salon is fantastic! Brittney does magic with my hair and I couldn't be happier. I have very dark hair, and Brittney manages to keep it blonde, silky, and healthy. You would never guess I'm not a natural blonde. Also, my hair feels as great as it looks (and "brunettes gone blonde" know that's the dream!!!) I don't understand how she does it, but I've never been this happy with the color and shine of my hair, and my hair has never been this happy with me. I've been getting my haircut for years from Tracy and was excited to see that she moved to a salon closer to my house. At first I was worried about paying for parking but was happy to hear that the validate parking for customers in the big downtown parking structure. I was really impressed by the welcoming vibe of the salon when I entered. All the staff made me feel like I was an old friend who was coming to visit and I was more than happy to take them up on their offer of an adult beverage while I was waiting for Tracy to finish up (I was super early cause I thought it would be hard to find parking but there were ample spaces available) Luckily I didn't have to worry about making a bad haircut decision under the influence cause Tracy has a great memory and knows exactly what I'm talking about when I ask for "kinda like what I got two haircuts ago but maybe a little shorter on the sides".
