However, after leaving a voicemail over a week ago requesting a call from management--and not receiving any response--I felt it was important to share my experience. I've been a customer of the salon's retail products for over a year and recently decided to book a service for the first time. When I scheduled the appointment, I was very specific about what I was looking for and was told the stylist I was paired with would be the best fit. Unfortunately, the service left me disappointed. The entire visit--from consultation to the finished haircut--lasted less than an hour. Compared to salons I've visited over the years, this felt rushed. The end result was a cut that was noticeably uneven, particularly in the front where the long layers are visibly off. The back layers also lacked shape and don't sit well. I didn't notice right away, as the stylist had styled my hair in a way that concealed the issues--only after washing and inspecting it wet did the unevenness become apparent. I wish I had stuck with my original stylist, even if it meant traveling out of state. As it stands, I'll need to wait several months for my hair to grow out before I can have it corrected. I had hoped for a resolution, or at the very least a return call from management, but after a full week with no response, I felt it was time to share my experience. Had I been given the stylist's contact details, I would've preferred to speak with them directly. I'm disappointed, not just with the service, but with the lack of follow-up. I had Kirsten Buono do my hair. super cool girl but did not received at all what I asked for. I asked for a balayage and specifically said I did not way highlights. I ended up paying almost 400$ for highlights at best that had harsh lines at my roots.. it looked pretty for highlights just not what I asked and paid for!!
